Ci stopped gnawing on the table and studied Tera intently. It was a small moment of clarity as he seemed to have his old mind back, the clear scheming thought process working, showing just why he and his brothers had ruled for so long.

"Okay, I have been slagging stoned for most of the times and I would like to believe I have been a good sport in all of this but...can somebody tell me where we SLAGGING ARE AND WHAT THE PIT WE'RE SUPPOSE TO DO?!" Huffer roared at the top of his nonexistance lungs.

IC: Grapple and Cliffjumper:: smiled as they saw Stingray sit next to them they whispered to her:: "Are you sure you can handle us?" they smirked.
IC: Stingray ::Laughed quietly as she whispered back to them:: "I'm quite sure I can handle you two, you were trouble before you made yourselves kids again." She winked at them.
IC: Cliffjumper and Grapple ::for the most part they just zipped their mouths they knew they had been had::
IC: Elita-1 ::Chuckled to herself at the expresions on Grapple and Cliffjumper nodding to Stingray with a smile then turn her attention back to Cheetara.
IC: Stingray ::Also turned her attention back to Cheetara::
IC: Sneaks ::Hopped off Stingray's left shoulder on the table and quickly stepped over to Cliffjumper he quitely chattered to Cliffjumper::
IC: Cliffjumper ::Smiled at the little mongoose he quietly petted Sneaks to keep him busy and not get into trouble::
IC: Grapple ::Followed Cliffjumper's expamle he also petted Sneaks::
IC: Sneaks ::Sat down on the table as he let the two little tikes pet him::

Sunstorm just chuckles in response to the dialogue. "Now that only leaves one person left my friends... who's willing to deal with our reefer friend here?" He responds lightly, motioning towards the confused Huffer. "No offense meant of course Huffer.. but you have turned to the reefer a bit quickly for a great war veteran."

Cheetara looked around the table and sighed. "I guess I'm the only one left huh? May as well add anouther thing to the list of things I'm gonna have a hard time explaining."

"Well, we could possibly take him on as well..." Dirge responds lightly through the hologram. "Though I'm not entirely sure that any of the Pretenders in the Decepticon council is up to being more of a mother."

Dirge chuckles lightly. "That shouldn't be too much of a problem Cheetara... I figure our track record so far is proof enough he shouldn't be corrupted too much." He thinks for a moment on that. "Besides... the other new members of the council have grandmotherly tendencies now. They'll do a great job of raising him. So what's the next matter of business?"

"Next order is How are we replaceing them? One joint goverment coverign each district, just place new memebers on the councils, or something else?"

Sunstorm pauses for a moment, thinking on this. "I believe the best course of action might be to take a hand from the terrans.... individual state governments for each section as the councils had been. But we would also have each state government come together as a combined council as to keep things from hitting the deep end as quickly as these affairs did. After all, it was a lack of communication which led to the problems at hand."

Ravage nodded. "A wise course which I approve of. That is much how I planned to reorginize the security forces."
Cheets steepled her fingers. "You know this will come up; will each state be allowed to raise and keep an army? How much say will the central council have in each state."

IC: Elita: "I have agree with Sunstorm also it is a wise choice. As for each state be allowed to raise and keep an army? I know I'm going to put my foot in my mouth for this. We have to watch and see if each state can rais and keep an army."
Although Cliffjumper and Grapple weren't old enough to council members they listened to the conversation and they nodded a yes for Sunstorm choice of action and also for what Elita said.

Sunstorm pauses, thinking about that. "I think...within reason each state should be able to form some sort of security force... but we don't' want to repeat the great war again do we? That's my main concern in the matter at hand."
