Alchemy nods in response, heading back towards the portal. She increases her pace a little bit, but refuses to be intimidated by Scaleblade's tactics at this time. It's almost apparent she won't reach it before the time is over, though she doesn't seem to mind that possibility.

Alchemy continues walking to the portal, though she seems a little torqued about the show of force. She does motion a hand backwards, almost like a playful swipe... until telekinetic claws of some sort literally shred Scaleblade's weapon.

With bright purple energy erupting from every joint and opening in her armor, she screams and charges the portal.

Alchemy throws up a telekinetic wall in front of Scaleblade before charging into the portal full force and disappearing with a flash. It seems one way or another, if scaleblade really wants revenge for that... she's going to have to follow the girl into the portal.
