A guard... they really thought he needed a guard was the thought running through Spinout's head as he headed over to the Communications section of the recently damaged building. After the firefight a few days ago, the building managed to stay intact due to constant lockdown implemented on the upper levels. Force shields helped with some of the lesser degrees of Structural integrity left by the vehicon assassination ploy, though many who were still operating in the Councils remained on the lower levels. It still amazed him an assassin managed to get that far into the Decepticon Council, bidding their time this long before attempting to assassinate Dirge. No one was taking chances, or at least any more chances then they had in the first place. A part of him wondered if Merkava had been assigned to him on the offchance he himself was considered a potential wolf in sheeps clothing. Hopefully what he was about to do would prove himself trustable to the more mechanical hybrid. At the very least it would start opening contact between the councils... hopefully. Merkava himself was lost in frustration over the whole situation. Not what happened to the council mind you, but his luck! He finds a girl and not a cycle later everyone goes on shutdown and everyone's looking at him because he was flirting with a Neo-Autobot council member. It wasn't like he was intending to do such a thing right off the bat! But still... the whole situation was made worse by his assignment to Spinout. He could be helping the others find Finback for one thing. There was enough evidence in the bastard's escape route to show he had used non-enhancer based alternatives to discard his former identity. There's only one place he would have done that for, the Underground. He was knocked out of his train of thought when he heard Stingray's name. Looking up at the screen for a moment, he looks over to Spinout in confusion. Spinout just looks back with a small smile before stepping out of the way of the screen. "You've got a bit Merkava... you look like you could use a little light in your spark. Just don't make this weird." Merkava just blinked for a moment before nodding and looking at the screen, awaiting for Stingray to 'pick up the line' as it were.

A fist slams on the commutations council and a few choice words that are muttered lowly as Stingray works commutations listening to the chattering and listening as to where Tearoness had taken off too and there hasn’t been any sign of here since Tearoness attacked her at Iacon park shaking her head out total frustration.
It started a couple of days when she met a Con that was part of the Elite guard when she was attacked by her old nemesis Tearoness and Stingray thought Tearoness was gone for good guess that was a huge mistake to think, and then everything went haywire.
After Merkava patched her up the best he could she was taken back to Autobot Council building. All the Councils decided to go into lockdown until the terrorist were found and all the councils were not taking any more chances than they needed to take with Council members.
And this was frustrating Stingray to no end she got a good old talk down by Elita about the Cons and the other councils. Stingray wanted to argue the point with Elita knowing Elita she wasn’t going to back down with her decision or the other council members and to make matters worse Stingray was stuck down in commutations until the Tearoness could be tracked down. This was so not fair to Stingray, she could be out there tracking Tearoness down knowing Tearoness better than most but the council wasn’t going to take any more chances with her being out and about. What bugging Stingray was what Tearoness had said about she had better watch her back, the backs of her friends and more or less watch all the council backs. Stingray wanted to be out there in the worst way tracking Tearoness down she wanted to get that information out Tearoness wanting to know what Tearoness was up to who she was working with and whose side she was on.
There was something different about Tearoness and that was bugging Sting also. She knew that Tearoness was a dirty fighter and was good with her fighting skills. Nearly being sliced into a scrap pile, Tearoness’s fighting skills improved a lot since the last time they had battled with each other, Stingray knew her fighting skills weren’t that rusty there was something defiantly something different about Tearoness and it she tried to explained that to Elita and the other council member’s it didn’t seemed like they wanted to know anything more about Tearoness.
All Stingray wanted to do was thank Merkava for saving her life but she hasn’t had a chance to do that because she has been so into listening to the commutations chatter and that she had tried to contact the Decepticon’s a few times over the past few days. Stingray didn’t realize that that she had hit the button on the commutations screen and it came on when the screen came on it startled her and she jumped back and near fell to the floor stepping back to the commutations council seeing she had finally gotten through seeing Merkava and there was another con in the room. Oh great just what I really need right now another con in the room frack it. Is what Stingray thought she had to close her eyes for a moment as she felt light headed, opening her eyes again picking up the line, “Hello Merkava looks like I owe you an apology for what happened the other day. How are you feeling? Also I wanted to thank-you for saving my life the other day but didn’t get the chance thanks for the help,” Stingray said softly.

Silent for a few moments, Merkava says the only thing he can think of in response. "I... it still hurts when I laugh." He manages to explain with a slightly silly grin. "I'm glad to see you are alright too Stingray... there were a lot of people trying to kill us that cycle. Not that it was any of your fault, I mean." He responded lightly, not wanting to ruin the moment. "I've heard they've started sending patrols looking for your uh... 'friend'." He takes a moment to make hand motions with his mechanical digits before continuing. "Down in the Underground. The other cons were surprised as you to find out she was still alive. Apparently she has a reputation for pissing people off on both sides." It was a gamble, but Tearoness looked frustrated and with no small cause. Maybe this would be enough to make her feel better.

Stingray saw that Merkava was quiet for a moment or two before he answered her question saying it still hurt when he laughed, she had to hold a laugh back herself and seeing that slight sly grin in the process, he continues to say that he was glad that she was doing okay.
It felt nice to have someone else besides her close friends to say that they were glad to see her well.
Also saying that there were a ton of people out there the other day trying to kill them and it wasn't her fault. It kind felt like it was her fault because of Tearoness being alive. And he says that the Neo-Autobots started to send out patrols out looking for Tearoness, yeah they did alright a day later after debating the fact and putting all council members on lockdown which pissed her off to no end and being stuck down here at least she would the first one to know where Tearoness might be.
What Sting really needed was to get out of the council building and find a place where she could work her computer for information on Tearoness or hack into the council's databanks for that information knowing that she only has limited access she more than likely will have to hack into council's databanks for any confidential information on Tearoness and or the other groups and also how long she has been off line maybe that would answer that nagging question of why Ratchet didn't wait for her and if the truth hurt at leas she knew why.
Seeing Merkava moving his fingers for a moment before he spoke again saying that Tearoness might have gone underground and that the other cons were just as surprised as she was that Tearoness was still alive no slagging frack! And I also looks like that Tearoness has the reputation of pissing both sides and or all sides off.
She was silent for a minute trying to think of something to say, all she wanted to talk about was Tearoness and she didn't think that Merkava wanted to hear that but she could see the frustration in Merkava that he didn't want to be in lockdown either and that he wanted to be out there looking for their traitor also.
Finally she spoke, "the council sent patrols out a day after and nothing has turned up, even if Tearoness went underground it would be like trying to find a needle in a scrap pile Tearoness could have gone anywhere underground and it would take time and I don't think we have much time to figure out why this happened Merkava. I just know something really bad is going to happen soon just this old nagging feeling I always get when something big and bad is about to go down and I know it's not going to be pretty either.
Bringing her hand up to her face she felt exhausted and frustrated to no end, she quickly gathered her thoughts again she needed to stay focused on the takes at hand, speaking again, [/f"I'm also glad you are doing well Merkava, have you managed to find the low life from your side? I see that there are patrols out looking for him or her also."
As Stingray continued to listen to the commutations that were coming in from the Neo-Autobot patrols while she talked to Merkava.
Elita had been in council meeting debating on what they were going to do when the terrorist threat has been contained and it was safe for the council members to be taken out of lockdown. The meeting had been in recess for a short while and Elita wanted to check on Stingray see how she was doing. Elita didn't like what she did to Stingray but it was the best thing she could do for her friend, knowing Stingray well enough to see that her friend wanted to be out there looking for Tearoness it was better that she was locked down like the other council members and not taking the chance of losing another close friend.
using the security code to get into commutations room she entered and saw that Stingray was talking to Merkava and that didn't set well with her walking over to Stingray, "I told you Stingray that you were not to talk to Merkava and the other councils they have their hands full just as we do containing the terrorist threat now say what you have to say and let Merkava go before I have to put you in future lockdown." Elita said coldly.
Stingray nearly jumped out of her armor hearing Elita behind her forgetting that her friend had security codes to get in the commutations room, cursing under her breath and she quickly spoke, "Sorry Merkava guess this end it again thanks for saving my life hope you are feeling better soon." Stingray said quietly and she quickly sent off a coded message to Merkava and close the channel without hearing him say good-by to her.
The message for Merkava said, sorry about this but we really need to get together and talk I think you and I are needed to figure out who did this and why but I need a place where I can I work my magic without anyone knowing what I'm up too. I'm still fairly new and don't know where it would be safe to work send me a reply back as soon as you can Merkava.
Stingray.
Stingray turned around she was angry with Elita but here friend was only doing what she was told to do and that was to keep her safe from being knocked off and there other council members. "Just wanted to tell Merkava thanks for saving my life since I didn't get the chance before I was brought back here.
Elita didn't want to hear it nor talk about it either she needed to get back to the meeting shortly, "Next time I see you talking to Merkava I will personally place you under house arrest for not following orders do I make myself clear Stingray?"
From that tone of voice from her friend Elita really meant what she said shaking her head that so totally did it, Stingray was going to find a way to bust out of the council building meet up with Merkava and hack into the Neo-Autobot database now she really needed to know what the slag was going on or what was being covered up by the council and hopefully Merkava will find out what is going with his group as well. Over the pas few months Stingray had been find tuning her rusty hacking skills that she learned over the years and hacking into databases to find information and he information was very limited it's like someone is covering something up or slag was going to hit the fan big time soon.
Answering Elita's question, "Yes Madam! Clearly understand." Stingray said quietly only with other plans forming in her head.
Elita shook her head in agreement, "Alright Stingray, keep the line open for the patrols has any of the patrols reported anything on where Tearoness might be yet?'
"No Elita the patrols haven't seen or found Tearoness yet," Stingray said.
"Keep me informed Stingray the council members are getting really nervous there might be another attack." Elita said as she head out and back to the meeting.
"Will do Elita," Stingray said to her friend.

Spinout tried to speak up, but ELita's quick dismissal of the comm-link cut him off. He frowned for a moment even as Merkava slumped against the control unit flustered. "Primus... it's like they've already forgotten their history..." Spinout managed to mutter to himself before opening a comm unit on his arm. "She send you a text?" He called over to Merkava even as he opened a direct comm-link to Predacon council chancelor Powerhaus.
Merkava frowned and looked at Spinout distainfully. "And why would you reckon she would do that? She's an Autobot... she's with her own kind." He spoke up softly, even as he reviewed the information sent by his brief date. At her request, he was half tempted to just palm slam Spinout into the floor and race to iacon himself... but he wasn't that stupid.
Spinout rolled his eyes in response. "You were both making googly eyes at each other the whole time... and Primus knows she didn't care what Elita had to say. We need here here, where we can work together instead of clenching our waste limiters and hoping there's not an energon backup." He explained, waiting for Powerhaus to pick up. "I can make that happen, but I'm not going to do it unless she's game for this."
Merkava thought about this for a moment and nodded before sending a reply back through Subspace. -Elita seems mad. Are you sure you want to piss off the Autobot Council like that? Because we can break you out, bring you here... you're not the only one who wants this stopped now. But it's your choice Stingray... - He takes a deep breath as he waits for a response.

Elita stood outside the commutations room she looked at the time she had more than enough time to set her plan in motion and get back to the council meeting before anyone knew what was going on.
Ever since she came back on line Elita never really trusted the council it seemed like she was being left in the dark with vital information and that was making her really edgy. She didn’t like the fact that Stingray had to be in lockdown Elita would have preferred Stingray out with the patrols looking for Tearoness instead being locked up in commutations. She didn’t like what the council did to Stingray and she fought tooth and nail just to get her in commutations so she could at least give Stingray a little helping hand in getting out of the council building.
Stingray had been her friend for a very long time and Stingray was only one she trusted, Elita never trusted the Decepticons but Merkava was one of the Decepticons she could trust to a point and she can give Merkava credit where it was due she was thankful for Merkava saving Stingray’s life. Hoping that Stingray and Merkava could work well together without a hitch, shaking her head it was time to set things in motion, she was going to be the distraction and keep the council busy for as long as she could to give Stingray and Merkava time to find out what was really going on or what was being covered up taking out a small disk she slid it under the door and headed down the hall back to the council chambers muttering under her breath, “Good luck Stingray and Merkava I know both of you can do it,” Elita prayed to Primus that everything will go okay for Stingray and Merkava.
Stingray nearly jumped out of her armor again when the reply came in from subspace quickly opening the message she was about to read it when something caught her attention turning towards the door she saw something small on the floor walking over to the small object she picked up wondering who had left it. The only person in the room besides her was Elita.
Stingray quickly went over to her computer that she had with her and opened the disk there was a message the message read Stingray sorry for what I did this was the only way I could get you in commutations instead of being locked up somewhere else in the council building. Don’t trust anyone once you have gotten out only put your trust with Merkava, tell him thanks I wish both of you the best of luck tracking down Tearoness and I’m sure that Merkava is also looking for a low life as well. It’s not much information though it might give you a start in the needle in the scrap pile. When this over Stingray I will owe you big time and thanks for being a close friend Elita-1.
Taking the disk out of the computer she stored the disk away in subspace she would look at the information later that Elita had left her. Turning her attention back to Merkava’s reply asking her, if she really wanted to piss the council off because of Elita being really ticked, and it also said he could break her out of the council building and that she wasn’t the only one who wanted this slagging crap to stop and it was her choice. No choice to the matter she was going to do this it was going against the council but she also knew that Elita was really sticking her neck out for her and she owed that to Elita.
Quickly sending a coded message back Merkava saying, doesn’t matter with the council, will explain later how much time and when will the break out happen? Quickly sending off the coded message back to Merkava.

Merkava took a deep breath after reading the message. It meant a lot that she was willing to do this, especially with everything that he knew about Stingray after talking to her. ~It sounds like it might be soon. Spinout's already putting the call out, I think he knew this was going to happen.~ He responded back over subspace. Looking up to his 'rival', Merkava just nodded lightly in response. "She's in, no questions asked. You better not be screwing us Spinout." The last part is said half-heartedly, he knew Spinout was just like himself. Someone tired of the same old cycles of violence as they had both collectively became the Medics of their respective teams. Spinout just nods in response while listening for the comm-link to pick up. He doesn't even give the cow-former a chance to say hello as he responds carefully. "Mission Guilted Lily is a go Powerhaus... they're not going to let her out without a fight."

Powerhaus had been working on repairs on the council building and waiting for a response from Spinout an Merkava with the go for mission guilted Lily to be a go, the mission was to break out an Neo Autobot from the council building this Neo Autobot was willing to help Merkava with the recent events. Hearing the comm-link Powerhaus picks up hearing Spinout and it sounded serious not giving her time to at least say hi, telling her that mission guilted Lily was ago and the Neo Autobots were not going to there kind out without a fight.
Of course not the Neo Autobots would do that they always fight for what they believe in rather it was for good or for themselves, she wasn't even sure they were fighting for nor did and her gang at the moment, quickly responding back, "Roger Spinout sending the go signal to the Areilbots now!" Powerhaus sends out the go signal, "Arielbots mission guilted Lily is a go scramble and the Autobots are going to put up a fight not letting the one Autobot go."
Elita reached the council chambers quietly taking her seat and waited for the meeting to continue and waited for the moment when she would help with the breakout, she had a feeling that slag was going to break out shortly. Knowing Merkava he would most likely break out Stingray by attacking the council building also knowing that the council would counter attack not letting Merkava take Stingray. Elita most likely would make it look like she was fighting with the council members but in reality she would be fighting to get Stingray out instead.
Stingray waited for a response form Merkava when the breakout would be, going over to a secret stash in the room she took out extra ammo and an extra weapon in case things went south. Stingray made sure that Sneaks was prepared as well with extra ammo and gadgets no sooner she finished with Sneaks.
In incoming message from Merkava saying the breakout would be soon, and that Spinout was putting the call out and that Merkava thought he knew this was going to happen. Sending a short message back to Merkava ]thank-you and that she would ready for the breakout and was ready to fight her way out it that was the case. Stingray made sure she had everything she needed including her computer stashed away in subspace.

Merkava nodded back to Spinout for a moment as he headed towards him. For this to work, he'd have to get his own self over to the Predacon COuncil building as well it sounded like. That meant leaving his ward behind, though one look at Spinout's expression told him it'd be worse then that. This would be open rebellion against the decepticon leadership... "I'm guessing you've got a plan for me getting out of here as well?" Spinout couldn't help but give a cocky grin. "You've been waiting for the chance for a while now Merkava, just make it look go-" He was cut off by a sharp crack across the face from the tank former. He struggles to retain some level of consciousness before he stumbles into the wall, falling with a dazed expression. He was not expecting the punch so quickly, though that might have been the point. Merkava shakes his fist for a moment before taking off into the hallway and down the corridor. It takes the internal security systems a few seconds to register what was going on before the building started shutting down and the summoning of decepticon reinforcements kicks in. It was fine with him, it was time to fight for something other then his family's honor. High time indeed.

Denslayer been working on one of the damaged computer consoles when the internal security system wen off Denslayer looked to see who had left their assigned post and seeing what was going on, seeing Merkava leaving his post it was time to run interference knowing that Powerhaus was the master mind behind the breakout of the Neo-Autobot at their council building and that Merkava was heading over there to help when he got there or to meet the Neo-Autobot at another location.
Den haled Vinney to give Merkava a hand with interference knowing that both she and Vinney would protect and defend Powerhaus from the slag that was heading her way for the breakout at the Neo-Autobot council building. Before leaving Den disabled part of the security system to make it look like a malfunction and part of the council building lights went out for a short time, “Opps someone forgot to pay the light bill or a malfunction somewhere that will have to wait,” Den muttered under her breath grinning slyly and she left her post as well and to help Merkava get out of the Decepticon council building.
Vinney heard the internal security system alert and at the same time Den haled her saying it was time for interference. Vinney left her post as well and headed towards one of the exits of the building, going down the hallway and sharp right Vinney ran into a couple of drone guards she quickly and quietly took them out without making any more havoc than what was needed knowing that slag was about to hit the fan in a very short amount of time. Vinney ran down the hallway a sharp left and headed to another exit of the building wondering which exit Merkava would take.
Denslayer headed to the main exit of the building it had been planned out there would be two ways of getting Merkava out and if she couldn’t get Merkava out her most likely Merkava would fight his way out regardless of what she said or did the thought is what counted all she had to do was hale Vinney to join the party which would going get started shortly. On the way there Denslayer engaged with the reinforcements as well she took out a couple of them and continued down the hallway.
Two of the reinforcements found Merkava and blocked his way, “Halt you are not authorized to leave your post Merkava head back to your post or deadly force will be used against you.”

Merkava snarled to himself and dived forward transforming into his tank mode in one swift motion. Even as his tank's turret raises from his back, it starts swinging around in a circular motion slamming into the two vehicons and throwing them into a wall. "Sorry, my parking permit's about to expire you slagheads!" He manages to yell back to the two, surprisingly giddy. He'd sat by far too long with his family, with his heritage weighing him down into the depths of combat. For once he was doing sometthing for himself... even if it was at the request of others. That part kind of irritated him when he thought about it. He should have done this for himself long ago. He was surprised to notice the path ahead started to shut down... including the motors that would have cut off his escape with barricades. Of course they had others on the inside... He takes a wild guess of who that might be. He could kiss the two avian guards of council member Powerhaus, if he wasn't already starting a relationship. More guards could be heard coming in from the outside. The perimeter Car Vehicons had to have noticed the sounds from inside of battle.. One group of 'cons start opening fire on Vinny as they enter. Another set, Jets or what the vehicons liked to call Jets rushed Denslayer from another direction.

As the two vehicons fired their weapons at Merkava the fired shots more or less bounce off Merkava and as Merkava moved towards them and instant they were thrown into the wall as they crumple to the floor. A dozen more vehicons quickly move in and block Merkava’s way open fire on Merkava.
Vinny continued to move to her escape location in case that Merkava couldn’t get out the front door, taking out a couple more guards, hearing the guards moving in on her and as they open fire she returned fire as she dove for cover, jumping up from her cover and fired her weapons at the guards, “fragging slaggers don’t when to quit or don’t have the brains to know what’s good for ya, eat slag and rot in the pit!”
Denslayer had taken out a few more guards as well as he reached the front doors as he entered the reception area of the council building she was rushed with a small group of vehicon jets, a brawl breaks out as Denslayer smashes and bashes the jets until they are piles of scrap in between knocking out the jets she manages to take out a remote and hits a couple of buttons making it harder for the guards to reach the front with a bunch of booby traps that went off in a series of what a human would call the domino effect hopefully it wouldn’t make it difficult Merkava to weave in and around the traps.
She dove for cover what was left of the guards they had opened fire on her jumping up from cover and fires at the jets, “Oh come on slag heads! I know you can do better than that eat some energon and die already!”

Merkava grimaced as he saw the troopers cutting himself off ahead. This meant he was going to have to do the one thing he hated to do... He opened fire on the Vehicons blocking his way with explosive rounds. Those who managed to get out of the way of the shells were still thrown back by the shockwaves. Some of these vehicons were practically kids like himself. He didn't want to take anyone offline he didn't have to at this point.
*****
The guards cornering Vinny quickly dived to the side from her weapon fire, at least one transforming into vehicle mode and charging forward. The other formed a second cannon on his other arm and started laying down suppressive fire in Vinny's direction."Suppressive action is authorized from the council Violent Offender" It manages to call out in Vinny's direction even as its partner swerves sharply and fishtails it's back end into her cover. If she doesn't act quickly she's likely to be pinned against it and the adjacent wall. Whoever the poor saps are in these shells, they're acting much more like mob enforcers then keepers of the peace.
*****
While Denslayer's attacks are managing to disable her opponent's alt modes, that isn't keeping them quite out of the game. At least not at first, as they transformed back into bot mode and opened fire. However, she was closer to the route that Merkava was taking, which led to a number of her triggered booby traps also snagging some of her attackers and smashing them about. Sounds of explosions could be heard down in Merkava's direction, the kind of explosions that would only come from a tank shell. It might worth it for the former gangster to meet up with her target and work together on leaving the building...

The blast from Merkava had destroyed half of the group that went after Merkava and the other half had been thrown through walls and doors. Some of the vehicons who had been through doors and walls quickly got back up to their feet and opened fire on Merkava as they tried to contain him at all costs.
Vinny heard the vehicon say something about suppressive action and it was a go from the council of violent offender, Vinny grinned slyly as she took out two smoke grenades pulled the pins and threw one of them in one direction and the other in the other direction the room quickly filled up with smoke. Vinny quickly left the post that she had been taking cover from and found another spot to take cover before it got to smoky and she couldn’t see, Vinny opened fired at the closest Vehicon taking it out and she took cover she waited just long enough for the smoke to clear before she take the other vehicon out.
Denslayer kept moving from cover to cover all the while staying out of reach of the blasts coming from her attackers, as she kept firing at the attackers hearing explosions coming from down the hallway she knew the explosion were coming from and it would be better if she met up with Merkava team up with him and help him get out of here she also had something that she needed to give to him before he left. Diving for cover again seeing that she was only a few feet away from the exit that she needed to go to and get to Merkava taking out a smoke grenade throwing it at the vehicon who was heading towards her the room filled up with smoke, one couldn’t see where anything was.
Denslayer quickly slid right past the vehicon taking it out just as she reached the door she took out another grenade pulled the pin and tossed in the middle of the room, Vinny quickly left the room before the grenade went off she fought her way to Merkava. The grenade went off sending an EMP throughout the room shorting everything out which meant EMP took out another part of the security system and more lights went out as well.

Merkava hurried his way through, all out gunning his engines full throttle as the Vehicons tried to regroup. Those in his way ended up smashed away if they were lucky, though he felt sick to his stomach as he could feel just a few pulled under his treads and weight. This was far more then he was expecting from the council, especially with Spinout's mutiny. Something didn't feel right, someone didn't want him to leave and look into this. He as sure of it now. The sounds of foosteps down the hall alerted him to Denslayer's advance, even as he popped open the hatch on the top of his vehicle mode. "Oh ho, thought I heard some troublemakers~" He teased in Denslayer's direction, slowing just enough for her to pull herself up onto his alt mode. "How many shannix did Powerhaus have to grease palms with to get you in here Dennie?" He asked, actually curious on the subject. It almost distracted him from the deathrace they were on to leave the building. ************************* Vinny's tactic manages to distract the vehicons long enough for her to get to cover, the fishtailing Vehicon throwing his passenger off as he lost sight and control of his drift. The thrown Vehicon tried to scramble to its feet as Vinny adjusted her weapon at it, causing several cerebral damage as her cannon erupted into it's head. The one in Vehicle mode struggles to transform even as his partner falls with a screach of pain. "No!" the partner calls out, withdrawing an energon shotgun and looking around the room paranoid through the smoke. It fires a few times around the room at perceived sounds, before struggling to reload its payload.
