Bio: He was a Decepticon during the Great War. When he awaken finding himself as a teenage, he looks up to Dirge and Ramjet as his mentor for they are the ones who took him under their wings. Thrust at first had a lot of difficulty adjusting to his new partially organic body. He soon after a long time he adapted the organic body. He is rather kind of fond of his alternate mode. Thrust also has a girlfriend whom is very close to Sparkiller.
Abilities: In his Pterodactyl mode he can decent at great speeds, he can soar up to 200 mph, he carries on both wings Gallatin Machine guns which can rip about 1,000 rounds per minute in which can scatter the enemy in all directions. Which pleases him to no end he loves to see the enemy run and being confused. In Robot mode he carries a shoulder mounted Concussion Cannon and a Plasma rifle he is a good shot with both weapons.
Weakness: Although he’s extremely maneuverable and has great endurance due to low fuel consumption, Thrust is vulnerable to enemy firepower do to the relatively fragile nature of his wings.

Bio: Swoop like his fellow Dinobots have served the Autobots of the great and Maximals of the Beastwars era. He has adapted well to his new surrounds he serves faithfully for the Maximals and the Neo Autobots; he will stop at nothing to finally end the war if the war will ever end at any cost.
Making a spectacular descent for the sky, Swoop watches with unhidden glee as his enemies scatter in terror before his looming presence. And that’s just the way he likes it because he knows fear is a more effective weapon than any equipment he carries. Fear is also his greatest friend. His ability to cause it in others is the sole comfort he derives from the form generally considered the most horrifying of all the Dinobots. Even his comrades shy away from him. And that is Swoop’s tragedy. Millions of years and eons ago when the Ark adapted his Autobot body to resemble that of pterodactyl’s, he has had this body ever since until the Beastwars when he was upgraded to the form of an TM2 pterodactyl body. He has gladly accepted his roll as a warrior and his contribution to the war. Little did he know back then that the good-natured, kind mechanoid that he was-and still-is would be disguised as well.
Abilities: In his alternate mode, Swoop can soar up to 300 mph. Under each wing he carries two air to air missile launchers and missiles, each missile is the equivalent of 5,000 lbs. Of TNT, although the missiles have a range of 8 miles and are very accurate, Swoop’s specialty is swooping down to low altitudes and releasing them virtually point blank at their targets and the speeding away. In robot mode he can also use the launchers, as well as his arm mounted laser cannon he is a damn good shot with the laser cannon. Swoop is really good at hand to hand combat as well.

Bio: Elita has severed for the Autobots and Maximals faithfully since the day her spark came online and will until her spark is extinguished, when Elita woke up she was senior advisor to a small orphanage she helped a lot of the transformers adjust to the new surroundings. Elita is now an Maximal elder and part of the counsel. Elita is a hard season core veteran she is an expert in hand to hand combat, excellent shot with her weapons. Elita has more in her lifetime than most transformers can even bear to think about.
Abilities: A hard core seasoned veteran who is one not to mess with if one values their skid plates. In beast mode Elita uses her teeth, laser optics and her ion cannon. Her bite is worst than her bark. Elita is also very fast and agile in beast mode as well in bot mode too. In bot mode Elita is an expert in hand to hand combat, as well being an excellent with her weapons.
Weakness: Using her laser optics for long periods of time will cause Elita’s optics to over heat. Also being small can be a problem at times.

Bio: Stronghug was an ex-retiree who ended up in a muscularly built due to an enhancer and is an employee at Deva Corp. However after an attempted enhancer prank she had enough of it and us them for herself to get revenge she used the enhancer on an intern, after she realized she could of done a lot of harm to others she vowed not to use them recklessly. She adopted Halfpint after using one of the enhancers not knowing entirely what it did to Halfpint. Stronghug as the motherly kind of personally.
Abilities: In beast mode Stronghug is not one of the faster swimmer in the water or on land either. She uses her flippers, tail and her photon cannon to blast and bat away at the enemy at bay. In bot mode she is good with hand to hand combat skills and she is damn good shot with her rifle and photon cannon and she also uses her massive muscles to help bash the enemy.
Weakness: Stronghug is usually at or either at her extreme were her short and hot temper can flare at anytime kind of like a bomb ready to go off. She has to keep her temper to a very low which is very hard when she always holding off the crazy enhancers folk at bay.

Bio: Nightstalker formerly worked for the Cybertronian Government in Public Releations. Until the day he went to check out a comrade’s place from reports of the comrade hitting people with enhancers. Then someone else hits Nightstalker with an age regressing enhancer that turned him into a kid during the meeting. The first comrade took him back to the first comrade’s home and checked on him the next day. When he had reverted to his younger adult years and decided he had too stuffy of a job and left to full fill his dream of being a drummer for a band.
Abilities: Nightstalker has a unique Bio chemical reaction to enhancers, in which his mind automatically adapts to the change, making it that less traumatizing when changes take place. His also well knowledgeable in Cybertronian laws.
Weakness: Nightstalker has become quite laid back in the time since the comrade zapped him. As a result, he has a tendency to make vast decisions quickly, without thinking of the consequences.

Bio: Mixmaster works part-time in Deva Corp. advertising department and is also a delivery worker for Deva Corp. A comrade of Mixmaster was responsible with hitting him with several different dozen enhancers, because the comrade caught him steeling from Deva Corp. Medics are still trying to figure out what enhancers Mixmaster was hit by. The comrade whom had hit Mixmaster with the enhancers decided to help him through the difficult changes in his body, as they became very close friends.
Abilities: Mixmaster is capable of shape shifting his/her form to an extent, switching his/her body to ones of other techo-organic/beast wars tech transformers.
Weakness: The flaw in Mixmaster’s shape shifting abilities is t hat she/he is capable of taking on other forms…one body part at a time she/he can’t maintain a perfect copy of another, leading to the name of Mixmaster.

Bio: Slagcruncher is a warehouse manager for Deva Crop. She was also an ex-retiree before, Slagcruncher was caught in a temporal anomaly, that briefly caused her to slowly regress over a day into a kid and back, and it was shown her booty obsession follows her back to her pre-teens. She is always looking back over her shoulder wondering who might try to alter her backside.
Abilities: Slagcruncher is quite quick and powerful in beast mode, capable of smashing through several lower level armors with her head. She is capable of making small take quite easily, making it easy for her to form connections to other people.
Weakness: Slagcruncher tends to abscess about her booty slightly. Afraid of some whacko at Deva Corp. is going to alter it. This sometimes leads to others seeing her as a bit of a ditz or an appearance crazed individual.

Bio: Catilla was an ex-retiree she hated to be old she had lots of fighting spirit left being cooped up the retiree home all she ever wanted was to serve with the Neo-Autobots until she couldn’t function any more. Catilla became friends with Ratchet who was younger than her and she wanted to as young as Ratchet was, She wanted to grow up with him. Ratchet had given her a regressing enhancer on the first try which made her younger she was slightly older than Ratchet when the first enhancer wore off. Catilla wanted another one she loved the feeling of being young again. When Ratchet gave her a second regression enhancer, this time the enhancer made her a few years younger of Ratchet. Catilla became very close friends with Ratchet.
Abilities: Catilla is silent and capable of sneaking up on an opponent easily, getting within a few feet of her opponent without being noticed until it’s to late for the opponent. Her senses are quite acute as well, allowing her to pick up much about her opponents.
Weakness: Catilla is quite quick to act on caring feelings she had for others, sometimes not realizing the possible consequences. One large case was her current age which resulted from trying enhancers Ratchet had tried to claim, rather than getting them with her own rejuvenated, but adult form.

Bio: Discharge was formerly Hare, she has many, many grand children and children thought she doesn’t remember from her former male life. Discharge was kidnapped by the Neo-Decepticons while she was off duty. He/she was brain washed by Czar the leader of the Neo-Decepticons whom injected alter changing gender enhancers in (Hare) to change (Hare’s gender) to that of a female fighting machine. Discharge is a solider through and through and she will get the job done no matter what.
Abilities: Discharge is a solider through and through she has seen quite a bit of the war at hand. She is an expert in long range and short range combat also an expert in hand to hand combat. When Discharge enters combat or battle she reaches a completely non-sexual state. When an enemy attacks her she will back away and if the enemy damages her, she won’t react to anything of that sort until her opponent has been defeated or beaten. Discharge knows what has to be done on a mission or in battle to defeat the enemy she will get the job done.
Weakness: Discharge’s one weakness is that she doesn’t question her superior’s orders. Discharge doesn’t think this a weakness. But tin the eyes of her comrades they see this as a weakness. Discharge might be small for her size, but that doesn’t mean that this gal can pack one hell of punch when she is teeded off.

Bio: Surprisingly, Octane was one of the few ressurected Decepticons who was not brought back during the latest war with Unicron. In fact, s/he was also one of the few Pre-Beast Wars born Maximal spawn... Born to one of Throwback's girlfriends as a female, Octane grew up under the name of Refuel under Throwback's watchful eye.Unfortunately for the two,the birthing process had been flawed and resulted in the death of her mother. Despite this, Octane had a decent childhood nonetheless, growing up to be a decorated member of the maximal exploration crews. Her ship was one of the few that survived the assault on Unicron during the Beast Wars of Big Convoy's crew, managing to keep just out of range of fire. It wasn't til the War with Unicron that Octane regained the memories of his/her past. It has been theorized that this was the result of a partial spark reincarnation, which resulted in a full reincarnation due to the lack of security on the Allspark at this time. Unfortunately for Octane, by the time he was fully aware of himself... he was already middle-aged, leaving him a bit of a grump from the youth he missed out. Worse yet, when he attempted to have himself regressed... he learned of his general immunity to the process and subsequent additional abilities. This caused him further depression over what he had "gained" out of this new knowledge of his former life. Despite this, he has managed to get somewhat of a handle on things due to his 2 bot forms. This was especially helped by the understanding of his female form's boyfriend, the decepticon half of Smokescreen. After hearing of the recruitment of the Neo-Decepticons, he joined mostly out of relative boredom. Octane is always being the grumpy old guy around the Neo-Decepticon base, he/she don’t like being around others likes to be alone and not to be bother with unless there is a mission. Octane does what he/she does best out on the mission if not refueling or kicking Autobot arse.
Abilities: As a result of a unique engineering in her biology, everything she eats, all her movements in itself produces small amounts of energon. This energon is stored in his/her body in a number of ways through pockets of space built into his/her frame, with the majority of storage following the curves of her body in female mode and his gut in male mode. Octane has great movement most of the time when not storing a lot of fuel. He/she is a fairly good fighter in hand to hand combat, also is a good shot with his weapons. Octane is one of the better fliers and is good in air combat.
Weakness: When fully loaded with Energon or fuel Octane has a slight problem when it comes to squeezing through tight spots or sneaking around, especially in her male mode.. The more she is fueled the more easily it is to throw he/she off balance in both modes due to changes made in his/her center of balance.If she uses enhancers to taint her energon, but doesn’t channel the energon formed into something else before 'topping out', the enhancer will back fire on her/him. In addition, after topping out she must start to either store her energon in another container or use it on someone least her systems become overloaded.

Primary Weapons: Spring loaded arm scythe, laser rifle, photon laser cannon, set of energon blades, custom built sharp shooter’s rifle and wing mounted missile launcher.
Alternate Mode: Triple Changer trans-am (first alternate mode) golden eagle (second alternate mode)
Motto: “Until we meet again.”
Bio: Stingray is the soul survivor of her home world of Triton. She barely escaped with her life after the Decepticons destroyed her home world. Stingray joined the Autobot in their quest to defeat the Decepticons.
Stingray has faithfully served with the Autobots and Maximal’s through out time. She is best of friends with Elita-1. Stingray has adapted fairly well to her surroundings there are times she wished she was back in the past, and with Ratchet her long time companion. When Stingray came to she had found out that Ratchet had moved on in life. At first Stingray was spark broken but she finally moved on in life.
Stingray is a seasoned harden veteran warrior, a fierce fighter who will not back down from a fight. She is very intelligent and pretty much can out whit most of her enemies. She iss also very agile, very fluent with her fighting skills, Stingray is a dead with her sharp shooter’s rifle and to this day she has for the most part has not missed a signal target, a damn good shot with her photon laser cannon, and a dead shot with her laser rifle, she is highly skilled in hand to hand combat and with her energon blades and energon scythe.
Abilities: In robot mode Stingray all of her weapons at her finger tips and uses them skillfully. Highly skilled in hand to hand combat, a fierce fighter who will not back down from a fight, she is very agile and fluent with her fighting skills. In her vehicle mode she also has a small array of little tricks up her metal sleeve, such as the spring loaded fender energon scythe, liquid Nitro and liquid Co2. In beast mode Stingray also has a wing mounted missile launcher, talons and beak to rip into the enemy. Stingray can fight on the ground and from the air there is no room in the air when she takes fight and fights like no other and takes the enemy down quickly.
Weakness: Stingray’s anger and hot temper can get the best of her at times in battle that can distract her in the heat of battle. After long use of her Photon laser cannon durning battle it can sometimes jam and over heat putting her danger of attack from the enemy.

Bio: Sneaks is the creation of Stingray, this little fella is very cunning, agile very curious most important this little guy is a thief. He likes to take things that are not his. This little fella prefers to stay on the ground he doesn’t like being airborne unless he has to.
Abilities: Sneaks has a small array of helpful little gadgets along with his primary weapon that is a retractable rocket launcher on his back, retractable rocket boosters to get him out of tight spots, retractable energon saw on his right front leg, retractable liquid Co2 gun on his left front leg that can freeze just about anything solid instantly, laser optics, cloaking device and inter-face comm. Link with Stingray.
Sneaks has the ability to hold as much data in his alternate mode as he does in his disk mode. He follows instructions to the very end without being distracted then he returns to Stingray with the information he has gotten. Sneaks has the ability to erase the information that he is carrying with him if the enemy catches him.
Sneaks has a small built in camera and also has audio data as well. Sneaks communicates with Stingray in a series of different tones of squeaks, squeals, chatters, hisses and jumps. Sneaks also has excellent hearing and sight he can hear a pin drop 3 miles away and he can see a pin drop a mile away. Sneaks is very loyal and protective of Stingray he will not hesitate to harm others that hurt Stingray.

Bio: A skilled demolitionist, Crushdepth was quickly pulled into the corrupt council's facility as a guard due to his unique skills of improvisation as well as his destructive capabilities. Going through the training, Crushdepth found the situation quite appealing as he had always had a little rage when it came to his life. In a number of ways he had always been the odd man out due to both his beast mode and heritage as the descendant of Waverider. This wouldn't have been so bad if Waverider wasn't one of the Pretender Shell users which in part led to the introduction of organic components to cybertron. Crushdepth became quick friends with his fellow guard Stampede, the two working out their various problems through quick and sudden action. Crushdepth ended up helping lead a number of the guards struck with enhancers to safety during the course of Nacho's breakout of Rundown and Highdive, having been one of the first to go through the process along with Stampede. As a result of this, she has somewhat of a high standing in the group alongside Track Nine in terms of respect. In addition, she has a history of clashing heads with Bangover at times when it comes to their mutual friend Backbeat.
Abilities: Crushdepth is a skilled chemist when it comes to the creation of her demolitions gear, often capable of creating a number of effective explosives using household chemicals. In addition, her training as a member of the detention center she was rescued from has left her a very capable warrior when it comes too ranged and melee combat. These skills combined allow her to be a very adaptive soldier, often capable of making a good situation out of any mistakes made by her team.
Weakness: Crushdepth is especially vulnerable to pheromone and hormone based attacks due to a unique reaction to the enhancers used on herself. This shows itself even in dealing with normal people around her, as the more attractive the people are around her, the more likely she is to seriously crush on them and forget about her assignment. In addition, her explosives tend to be homebrew more then anything which sometimes leads to duds.

Motto: “Rot in the pit!”
Bio: Once a proud Decepticon of the Great War Tearoness like some of the older Decepticons have adjusted somewhat to the peace but don’t like it and want to cause chaos and havoc. Now part of the Corrupt Council will do what she has to do to rid the Maximal’s, Autobots and Neo Autobot’s Councils members, especially Stingray and Elita-1 both of them have been a slagging thorn in her side far too long and it was time to take the thorn out. Tearoness has been planning sometime as to how she will take out the Councils down one by one.
Tearoness still has her nasty hot temper that still gets her into trouble more than anyone can shake a stick at. She has her foul mouth and most of the time is in a cranky mood always grumbling about something.
Abilities: In her beast mode Tearoness uses her sharp teeth and razor sharp claws to shred the enemy. In bot mode Tearoness is skilled in hand to hand combat and uses her energon scythe with deadly force and loves to slice the enemy into a neat pile of scrap. Not being as young as she thinks she is Tearoness is slower than she use to, and the fact that she can’t fight for long periods of time either also the lack of moving quickly isn’t there either, her fighting spirit will never die, she will die a warrior in the end.
Weakness: Being older has its disadvantages with being slower in movement and is not able to move out of the way of incoming object easily. Tearoness’s hot cranky temper also gets her into a lot of trouble inside and out of the Council.
