Leadfoot nods lightly in response, thinking on it. "Probably... At least he didn't have the other effect. I don't know if I could handle dealing with a giant chick godzilla-wannnabee." He frowns at the idea. "Though I've seen what those fanboys put on the internet. Whoever came up with the concept of female GINO. has some weird fantasies..." He takes a moment to shake his head."

Manta Ray frowns, obviously not quite comfortable with the thought. "Let's not even mention that... especially not in front of the kid, huh?" She rubs Curse's head for the moment while giving him a teasing grin. "Seriously, kid, you should avoid stuff like that. For your own sake, believe me. I mean, genders getting switched around isn't quite unknown nowadays, but there's a limit to everything..."

Curse laughs lightly in response. "My mom was like that... It shocked and horrified dad when he realized he knew her from the great war." He explains in his cute little way. "But what's a gino?... is it a kind of animal?" Leadfoot chuckles at this, before looking at Manta Ray. "I'll let you answer that one Manta, I don't think I can answer it in terms that would be safe for a child to hear." He responds with a smirk. He's definitely enjoying the situation way too much.

Leadfoot blinks for a few moments, before staring straight at Crankshaft as she enters the room. "Oh Primus... don't tell me you're into that terran internet sensation Crank..." He responds with a sour tone, afraid what their older crew member might tell the kid. It's not that he doesn't trust Crank.... it's just he's pretty sure the femme doesn't understand kids.

Manta Ray shoots Leadfoot an annoyed glance, the decides to just dodge the question and be done with it. She looks back at Curse and tries to formulate an ambiguous-enough answer. "Uh... well, let's just say it's a piece of Earth pop-culture and leave it at that. If I said any more, the implications would probably scar your psyche. Heck, it left me a bit shaken when I first stumbled upon it, and I wasn't even a kid by then."

Curse blinks for a few moments before shifting into beastmode again, an number of his beast legs coming to rest on his shoulders. "Okiedokie..." He pauses for a moment before blinking in a sincerely confused fashion. "What is... pop culture? o.o is it the culture of the carnie?" Leadfoot raises an eyebrow at the response, looking a bit confused before a look of realization hits his face. He laughs lightly at the young one's response, shaking his head ever so lightly. "Mmm..."

Manta Ray likewise takes a few seconds to understand Curse's roundabout word association. She suppresses a snort of mirth as she begins to elaborate. "No, no... 'pop', as in popular culture. It's... it's..." She turns to Leadfoot with a slight, contemplative frown. "How can one explain popular culture, anyway?"

Curse looks at them both carefully as he waits for an answer. Leadfoot chuckles for a moment before replying. "It's the chocolate of trivia. Little bits of information that become popular enough that everyone knows it's good for a chuckle, but too much of it pollutes the mind. " He seems a little surprised he came up with such a unique answer, as if it only came to him at this moment.

"...wow. Getting poetic, aren't you?" Manta Ray grins, likewise surprised by Leadfoot's eloquent response. She looks back at Curse, elaborating on her friend's explanation. "But yeah, that's about the gist of it. Bits of widely recognized cultural knowledge."

Leadfoot blinks for a moment, rubbing his head. "I do not know how I came to that conclusion.... I think I've been reading too many holo-books. <_>" He responds sheepishly, normally a man for action. "Or maybe it was that energon booze I had earlier."
