Name: Megatron Alias: Megadonna (Not by her choice), Lady Meg Allegiance: Decepticons Function: Stalking Kid Primary Weapons: Fists Alternate Mode: Potted Flower Strength: 4 Endurance: 3 Intelligence: 10 Courage: 8 Speed: 2 Firepower: 2 Skill: 7 Motto: "Peace through Tyranny"Bio: Created by Deva Corp after finding out about Skywarp’s (and later 'clone shrapnel's’) data on how to remake everyone who was remade by Unicron, this cute little girl is the famed original Megatron (G1). Deva Corp used the data to make Megs a little girl so no one else could use the data, and because it made her relatively harmless. And boy is she unhappy about it, and yes, she remembers who she is or rather was as well as the army she once led. Being a sparkling however has messed with her mentality a bit, not to mention being turned into a femme to boot. Probably out of pity and maybe a bit of loyalty from old time’s sake, Megatron has been taken in as one of Dirge’s younglings. The result making her mother Ramjet and her step brother Thrust. Her favorite past times are coming up with crackpot plans to get her age and mechhood back (that never work), collecting cute dolls (and secretly playing with them) and flirting with Optimus to watch him squirm, mostly because she can’t really do much else. Robotmode: MegatronAbilities: As a plant, she can regrow parts of her body that get damaged, just as long as she isn’t too badly wounded anyway. She can make Optimus squirm pretty badly. She’s still as skilled and smart as she was in the past and this hasn’t really deterred her courage much. Weakness: She’s a potted plant and can’t really do much. She has no weapons or training and her femme body is pretty weak. Her movement is pretty slow as she’s just a kid and her alt mode is stationary. Also her new femme body has caused her to start developing more female interests which disturb her, as well as being a sparkling has lowered her maturity resulting in a lot of failed plans to regain her lost mechhood and age.

Name: Starscream Allegiance: Maximal/Decepticon Function: Air Commander Primary Weapons: Telescoping Staff Alternate Mode: Gyrfalcon Strength: 4 Endurance: 8 Intelligence: 10 Courage: 4 Speed: 9 Firepower: 2 Skill: 9 Motto: "Ne me mori facias. (I cannot die so easily.)" Bio: Skyfire's tenure was a brief one. He was a journeyman science officer of the Maximal Defense Vessel (MDV) Trifecta, the flagship of the Maixmal Defense on Cybertron, under the command of Rodimus Primal. He was placed in stasis, like many of his peers. When the Trifecta engaged the Tripredacus flagship Gigastorm, captained by Galvatron, the two commanders forced one another down on an unexplored planet, full of creatures deemed mythical by Earth standards. The stasis pods on board the Trifecta were released for similar reasons the Axalon did, and during the tenure of the battle between the Maximals and the Predacons, the pods opened. Skyfire's pod, however, was damaged upon planetfall. Meanwhile, after being exiled to space, the spark of Starscream managed to find its way following the temporal streams to the battle between the Trifecta and the Gigastorm. Stumbling across Skyfire's malfunctioning pod, he found the perfect scenario: an otherwise functioning shell, a dying spark, and access to the most powerful ship in the Maximal fleet. And so, without any further ado, possessed Skyfire's shell and absorbed what was left of his spark into his own. After scanning a cockatrice-like creature, Starscream, calling himself Skyfire, approached the other Maximals, taking on Skyfire's personality traits to better the masquerade. Ultimately, after ensuring the trust of the Maximals, he sabotaged the Trifecta in its final battle with the Gigastorm, escaping in a fighter he rigged up with a transwarp drive. The two ships were destroyed; he was the only survivor of the battle. He returned to prehistoric earth to seek revenge against Black Arachnia and the other Predacons for betraying him. Resuming Skyfire's guise, he gained the trust of the Maximals; his identity, however, was figured out by Megatron. After being captured by Optimus Primal and his Maximals, Starscream was imprisoned in a stasis pod to be brought to trial before the Maximal High Council, along with Megatron. However, upon returning to Cybertron, the Autobot ship was shot down, scattering the crew. The stasis pod was ripped open, and Starscream was free...until his shell was infected with the virus. He led the Vehicons on a rather lengthy chase, until they finally shot him down near the Oracle. Abandoning the shell, he was soon captured by an extractor and brought to Megatron, whom intended to use him has a lamp. Skyfire's shell, however, was reformatted by the Oracle, molding the shell into a bird of prey. When Starscream escaped Megatron (with the help of his long-time "companion" and the closest one he could call a friend, the elder Pantera, who at first did not realize who she was rescuing), he was drawn to the Oracle and was given a ultimatum: get a new shell with more power than he could ever imagine, and aide the Maximals against Megatron, or remain a spark and be absorbed into the Matrix (due to Skyfire's spark being absorbed by Starscream.) Starscream chose the former of the two, believing he was going to receive an aerodrone shell. Little did he know that his "new" shell was in fact a reformatted Skyfire. Now trapped within a technorganic shell, now truly his without possession, but very much alive, he felt betrayed and screwed out of a deal. However, what is stopping him from killing himself is another failsafe the Oracle programmed into the shell: Skyfire, now more prominent, has become Starscream's conscience. After the War of the Spark, Starscream drove into his own research and technologies, leaving much of the populace weary of his possible machinations. Despite this, there has been no direct signs of potential conflict coming from him... though the fact he rebuilt the Combaticons in Vehicon models has left others still worried about his later actions. Some of his other mysterious projects were to make a second generation of Combaticons and trying to make his own form of techno-organics using them. It should also be noted that Starscream is still as much an opportunist as ever as he used a moment of crisis to con his way onto the new Decepticon council. Abilities: Losing his running speed greatly from the Beast Wars shell, Starscream is even faster in flight mode, reaching speeds of over 200 KPH. His talons and (when in beast mode) beak are razor sharp and can tear internal organs out of Vehicons like they were paper. The most disturbing ability of his, however, is the offensive forms of Optimus Primal's spark abilities. Starscream has a patented "sparkslap" in which he can temporarily incapacitate an enemy, a "sparkrend" which causes even more pain than the slap, and a "spark extract," which is pretty much self explanatory. Another ability he shares with Primal, though he would probably never use it in his life, is that, though the link the Oracle implanted through Skyfire, he can reformat, an ability he despises with all his spark. A tough nut to crack, Starscream can withstand great amounts of pain. Weaknesses: Tiny in stamina, Starscream stands only slightly taller and physically only a couple of stellar cycles older than Nightscream, and thinner. Once again, arrogance, egotism, and superiority clouds his judgment constantly, overestimating his shell's threshold. In addition, Skyfire's influence is more prominent here than in Beast Wars. Where Starscream would have no problem killing another Maximal during the Beast Wars, he can not bring himself to ending the life of one during the Spark Wars.

Name: Frenzy Allegiance: Beast Decepticons Function: Warrior Primary Weapon: Piledriver arms and internal drums. Alternate Mode: Cassette and Feline.
Strength: 4 Endurance: 8 Intelligence: 5 Courage: 9 Speed: 5 Firepower: 9 Skill: 6 Motto: "Sow panic and surrender will bloom."
Bio: Like so many other Decepticons from the Great War, Frenzy found himself in retirement as did many of the cassettes. After much of the Spark Wars and other crazy events, This war veteran found himself with a new techno-organic feline mode, to go with his stationary cassette mode. Feeling that he could be more useful to the Decepticon cause again, Frenzy decided to rejoin the Decepticon ranks and come out of retirement like Ravage had before him. Though make no mistake, Frenzy is still the same street punk that loves fighting and is more than a little crazy, although time has calmed him down a little.
Abilities: Frenzy just as in the past can transform his arms into Piledrivers like his sibling. These Piledriver arms can cause quakes that reach up to 5.4 on the Richter scale, but can only be used in Robot mode.In Robot and cat modes, he can roll his internal drums to produce high-pitch, grating sound of 200db. This disorients and disrupts electrical flow in opponent's circuitry which makes them malfunction. In Cat mode, Frenzy possesses a enhance sense of smell and hearing. He can walk far more silently and his movements a a bit more stealthy than his other modes assuming he can maintain his balance. In cat mode he also possesses sharp claws and teeth, but or more fashion as a house cat than that of Ravage's more Jaguar form.
Weakness: Though stronger than he was in the past, Frenzy still isn't one of the strongest Decepticons. Having a new cat mode takes a lot of getting used to, because of this, Frenzy suffers balancing issues in this mode, which result in clumsiness. His manic attack can be countered with cool logic.

Name: Rin Allegiance: Beast Decepticons Function: Hacker and Interrogations Specialist/kid Primary Weapon: Hand to hand combat. Alternate Mode: Cassette and Unicorn.
Strength: 4 Endurance: 5 Intelligence: 7 Courage: 7 Speed: 6 Firepower: 6 Skill: 7 Motto: "I’m A perfect little Princess… Until you piss me off."
Bio: At First, Rin seems meek and non-threatening. Not really someone you'd expect nor think would be in the Decepticons at all. this is just a surface persona she uses however to hide her real personality as a morbid and very creepy little femme. She sadistic, loves torture and violence, but unless your about to die or in a secluded place with her, your not likely to see this side of her personality. On the outside, even in battle she seems shy, gentle and unsure (yet she never misses a target). She's loyal and obedient and at times cheerful on a sorta creepy level as well as gong ho. Those that know her better and have seen her in an interrogation room know that that's all fake however and the real her is as twisted as they come.
She does however have a genuine family side to her, particularly when it comes to her creators. To Soundwave, she is his perfect little princess and knows how to act to get what she wants. She’s learned how to be the perfect cute and spoiled little girl and is likely the only one of the cassettes that affectionately calls her creator’s “Mommy” and “Daddy”.
Though just sparked, Rin is already a skilled hacker and interrogator for the Decepticons. She takes her work as seriously as she can considering she’s a sparkling still. It should be noted that Rin was not forced to work for the Decepticons by her parents but more that she insisted upon it. Rin feels that she has to live up to those siblings that came before her, most notably Ravage that still serves the cause.
Abilities: In Unicorn mode, Rin’s hooves are silent on any terrain but stomping causes seismic disturbances that scramble electronic signals and hampering communications. Her armored horn can penetrate most metals and alloys with destructive results. She also has a cloaking ability that allows her to blend into most backgrounds. The main of her head in Unicorn mode is actually small hacking wires used for when she’s hacking into computer systems. In robot mode, she still has these hacking wires as well as being very skilled in hand to hand combat. As an interrogator she uses a lot of scare tactics and mental or physical torture to get what she wants out of prisoners.
Weakness: Rin is very small and not very strong physically. There are those that can see through her surface personality though rare as it is. Sometimes her cloaking doesn’t work leaving her exposed in Unicorn mode. She’s also susceptible to reverse hacking while using her hacking wires.

Name: Mephiase Allegiance: Decepticons Function: Ninja Primary Weapons: Homing Shuriken Alternate Mode: Transmetal II Raven/Seeker jet
Strength: 6 Endurance: 4 Intelligence: 7 Courage: 8 Speed: 7 Firepower: 8 Skill: 10 Motto: "A good shinobi is neither seen, nor heard." Bio: Mephianse was created in Protihex by two seekers that were on the run for supposed theft crimes. They were a part of a larger group of nomads that Practiced a unique combat style in secret which was there real crime. The old style was one passed down through the old clans in ancient times and the nomads were one of the few that still followed these ancient ways that were now ruled as forbidden.
Like many others of his clan he was trained in and had mastered these ways and became the shinobi he is now. His upbringing was difficult though as he was never able to keep friends as his family always moved. Eventually, His clan was targeted as a threat to peace and they were captured and imprisoned. A young adult Mephianse got lost on his way to meet his clan and ironically this saved him from capture.
For many vorns after, Mephianse was on his own, working as a assassin or doing what he could to get by until he indirectly met Soundwave. The two became very close and even became a couple. Soundwave went into hiding with Mephianse for decades so that the ninja could keep his new sparkling safe while looking fore their separated families. Only recently has he thought it safe enough times to allow his family into the open.
Personality: Mephianse is an odd one for a Seeker. He's quiet and stealth on missions and his skills are swift and deadly. He shares a few things in common with other seekers other than his appearance. He's arrogant, prideful and loves to fly, but in him is a respectful and well mannered mech to those he feels deserve it. He's a bit snarky at times but is very much into his function as a Ninja. He's also the hopeless romantic type that's not shy about his affections or flirting with others openly when he sees someone that interests him. Mephianse's biggest traits are his love for Mysteries and secrets. The more unusual, the more secretive and quiet, the more he likes it.
Abilities: Name: Metarikaitsu Ninjitsu (Master Level) What is it: A Cybertronian ancient form of the Ninja arts. Effects: Deadly stealth form of assassination Drawbacks: Only good for Sneaking and stealth killing. Useless in a brawl or Direct offensive combat. Requires seekers maneuverability thus only seekers can learn it.
Name: Homming Shuriken What is it: Exploding Shuriken. Effects: Locks on to heat signatures that Mephianse locks on to when thrown and explodes on impact. Drawbacks: Doesn't always hit it's mark and can be dodged if target is fast then the speed the Shiruken is thrown.
Name:2 standard laser rifles What is it: Rifles Effects: Standard Laser riles, decent range, and accuracy. Drawbacks: not particularly strong, sometimes locks up.
Name: shinobi cloaking What is it: cloaking device Effects: Cloaking device that makes Mephianse vanish from security, and radar vision as well as Optic vision. This is not like Mirages invisibility though as organics would be able to see him plainly. It simply sends out a signal to electrical devices that tells they're CPU that he isn't there visually. Drawbacks: Organics can still see him, can still be heard, touched and smelt. Can't be turned off for 24 hours, after which Mephianse is left drained and unable to move. Can't fire weaponry while cloaking, cloaking disables weapon systems to drain energy. Weakness: His outward affection makes others think his vulnerable. Although agile and quick, Mephianse is actually one of the more slower seekers. He was created unexpectedly so his creator had to rush to make him a frame for his spark. The frame lacked a central guidance system which means he gets lost easily.
