Name: Soundwave
Allegiance: Beast Decepticons
Function: Communications
Primary Weapon: Concussion Cannon
Alternate Mode: Boombox and Giant fruit bat
Strength: 8
Endurance: 6
Intelligence: 9
Courage:5
Speed:2
Firepower: 6
Skill: 10
Motto: "'He who controls the flow of information controls the flow of battle."
Bio: Soundwave had been missing up until the formation of the New Decepticon Council. Up. Upon his emergence, many speculated that he had died and then been brought back via Vector Sigma, as many others had and others thought he’d grown tired of the war and everything else and gone into hiding. Not even the telepath himself will answer those questions so it still remains a mystery.
He has not been easy to find since his reemergence either. Since he returned he has been searching for his symbiotes, making the occasional appearance in a city or a walk by in a crowd. Soundwave has also been monitoring the radio waves and hacking into databases to further understand what has happened since he has been gone. He has only recently given up the search on foot for his symbiotes and begun to send out beacons to them so perhaps they can come to him and since then, he has remained in the same place, which makes him just a little easier to find.
Abilities: Soundwave is a telepath, a rare but immensely useful ability. This ability often raises the paranoia of those around him and gets him into trouble with other mechs. To their credit, Soundwave did sometimes use his abilities for blackmail. He is also skilled in hacking and stealth/spy work. Soundwave has been able to slip in and slip out unnoticed with a good amount of useful information. He is also skilled in advanced communications which allows him to intercept many kinds of transmissions as well as broadcast his own.
Weakness: Being a communications specialist Soundwave is hypersensitive to loud and high frequency sounds. He also has weaker armor than most as he is more meant for stealth than full on battle but he can still match the skills of most mechs if he must. After being out of “the picture” for so long, coming back and seeing how much things have changed is rather shocking to him, something he must get used to.
