Skyjack almost lets loose a curse before regaining most of his composure... yet his voice is still seething when he contacts his allies. "Change of plans. Scourge, keep following the dragon, attack if you get a good opportunity while it is distracted. Sindel, you are with me. I cannot take on the eagle and bee alone. Wait for me to make my move." He makes a mental note to have a talk with Gilmer... if they manage to salvage the situation and remain in one piece, anyway. "They are far more combat-oriented than us; we cannot let them regroup and concentrate their strength. I want precision strikes, not an all-out brawl." The spy keeps skimming along the underside of the canopy for now, waiting for an opportunity to get in the first shot on the pair above.

Gilmer growls as her opponent twists away, falling down towards the ground in a tumbling fashion. Thinking quickly, she inflates suddenly in a form similar to her alt mode before reaching the ground. Unfortunately for herself, this is about when Beedrill's attack hits the horrorcon, causing a rupture in her skin and a suddenly large burst of air to erupt from her body in a painfull fashion. Gilmer yelps in pain as she clutchs her wound, managing to keep it from getting any larger as the air causes turbolence in the air above her. She's visibly even more enraged at this then one could expect from her as she glares in the bee's direction.

Sky hmms thoughtfully and with a mighty beat of her wings drops climbs a little before diving slightly; flying carefully and weaving in an out in a defensive pattern...an old one; a very old one. Showing just how much experiance is pent up inside that head of hers >>Fly in a defensive pattern. We need to draw them out into the open; whilst they are hidden they hold the advantage<< She tells them across the link.
------------------------- >>Understood<< Shadow replies as she increases her speed as she aims to reach Darkclaw as the other femme breaks away from the horrorcon. Shadow growls low and by twisting in midair grabs her team-mate using her momentum to throw her back into the air. Twirling on her wing again Shadow carries on straight until she banks and aims to come round to rendevous with her geasult mate. Presenting a somewhat tempting target...well only if you didn't know Shadow well.
------------- Darkclaw knowing what was going to happen via their link pushes away from Glimer and allows Shadow to catch her using the momentum of the dragons throw to open her own wings and fly again. She hovers for a moment as she watches Glimer fall. She isn't really stupid enough to try to catch her. >>I hear ya. Hopefully we'll get some fun this time.<< she comments idly as she hovers before flying around watching the area around them.
----------------- Beedrill just gives a slightly cocky wave to Glimer as she reaches Sky again. After all the years they've been in contact they are well aware that there are more likely to be others around. The Bee isn't stupid as she buzzes in agitiation >>I know they're are others around decepticons never attack on their own like that; I hope we're not outnumbered<< she hisses across the link.

Clutching her wound as it starts to heal, Gilmer suddenly slashes backwards with one set of claws. The motion cleanly cuts through a smaller tree behind her, causing it to fall forward towards her... A half roll forward as it falls and she's given some cover by the branches of the bushy fallen tree. She's mentally cursing to herself about how she managed to fubar this mission so far.... before silently broadcasting to the other Decepticons in the area. ~Well that went well... Can anyone give me any options of what our next step is?~ She radios hesitantly, knowing of the whiplash to come.

"I shall deal with you later, fish. Keep the attention of the dragon and Fuzor, help Scourge neutralize them." Skyjack responds, voice utterly, menacingly cold by now; he's reined in his outwards anger, yet his displeasure is still plain as day. "Sindel, I am going to attack the rest. When they are focused on me, move in and release your pheromones on them. We need every advantage we can possibly get now." With that, he bursts from below the canopy and shifts to robot mode in mid-air, his pistol held firmly in his hand by the time the transformation is finished. He quickly thumbs its power switch roughly three quarters to maximum, and lets loose on Sky and Beedrill for a few seconds, before transforming back to owl mode and diving back among the trees again, out of sight. He keeps repeating his assault, popping up randomly all around for a few shots before disappearing again.
(OOC: Taking over Sindel on Toast's request.)
Sindel gives her somewhat hesitant acknowledgement and breaks away from Shadow, waiting for Skyjack to make his move instead. "Of course someone had to come and spit right in our soup..." she grumbles to herself while lying in wait. Once Skyjack's distraction has begun, she launches from her perch and breaks through the canopy, approaching the two Rangers while they're busy fending off the spy; getting closer, she unleashes a rather hefty dose of her pheromones on the unsuspecting enemies... then dives back towards the relative safety of the trees, just in case something goes wrong.

Sky and Beedrill are already on high alert that they react instantaneously when Skyjack attacks the faster pheonix shoots up in to the sky, whilst the slower bee drops a little. Sky, not liking how this was going comunicates with the others before; with a grin using her flamethrower on the tops of the trees. Beedrill growls as she spots Sindel comming at her; taking aim she fires off a shot before she is hit with the pheremones and coughs "Urgh that sucks" she comments. Sky is thankfully not hit as much as she had moved higher.
--------------- Shadow spots Sindel as she attacks her team mates >>She's gone back into the tree's want to me to smoke her out?<< she asks; sometimes stealth just didn't cut it. Besides it was quite clear there were quite a few con's attacking them. The Rangers were a combiner as such separating them often made them even more desperate to get back into their group. So rest assured Shadow wasn't happy that Beedrill got attacked.
---------------------- Darkclaw growls >>Damn I hate ambushes. Where the frag are they I'm about ready to start ripping heads!<< She does humm in a approval as Sky starts to set the tops of the trees on fire. After all they were never ones to 'play nice'; besides organic things always grow back eventually.

Scourge nodded and tucked wing as he dove, picking up the speed he needed to catch up with the dragon. his targetign optics where already mapping out likely weak spots in the beast's form. Again the elder bot wished he had his jet form back, but...

Gilmer nods silently to herself in return before taking off out of her makeshift shelter, hopping onto a nearby tree and scurrying up it with much gusto. Before the fire can reach her, she manages to jump off it for Darkclaw's back again with claws extended. "Round 2 Bub!" She exclaims before slashing downwards in an X pattern at her opponent with a smirk. "Just you and me now..." Her voice's bravado hides her fear of exactly what Skyjack will do to her though... What little Great War Decepticon memories she retains tells her it's not nearly as nice as Krueger's own reactions.

Skyjack, witnessing as his plans crash and burn around him, opts for a final, desperate all-or-nothing attack. He bursts once more from the canopy and transforms, already cranking the power dial on his pistol all the way to the top and taking careful aim. He's about as easy a target now as they come, but he trusts his sharp eye and steady hand to help him take down at least one of the Neo-Autobots before harm comes his way. If things go wrong, he contemplates as he opens fire, he can always order a retreat, escaping unsuccessful but intact.
Sindel is understandably getting more uncomfortable as the trees are quickly engulfed by the flames, but she manages to swallow her fear for the moment. She goes for the open air, skirting along above the still untouched trees and waiting for an opportunity to get the drop on the two Rangers above.

Shadow looked round firing a burst of Napalm into the trees before transforming into robot mode and dropping sharply. She knew instinctively that someone was after her; who or why she didn't know...then again she could just be paranoid. Oh well better safe than sorry; the stealth agent mused to herself as she dove picking up as much speed as she could before opening her wings and soaring back into the sky. 'Catch me if you can' she thought.
------------------------ Sky chuckles softly bringing her flamethrower to bear as Skyjack bursts from the trees. "We are Rangers; picking on us is always a big mistake" she murmurs as she lets loose using her much more agile form to make as difficult a target of herself as possible. This could be fun as she silently directs her squad as much as she dares. After all she knows them well enough to trust their own judgement on some matters.
---------------------- Beedrill just coughs a little; "I hate this...still no one said we have to fight fair at least" she talks to herself. Aiming her stingers at the neo decepticons a smirk cresting her features. "Lets not get cocky now" she murmurs to herself.
----------------- Darkclaw twists to get out of the way; ending up getting little more than an annoyingly painful graze. "Really now?" Darkclaw replies somewhat amused as she aims a solid punch to Glimers face. Darkclaw's own great war memories giving her pointers on how to fight her opponenty...sadly she's still not quite used to her form.

/Idiot./ Scourge thought as he watched the dragon fire bomb the forest below. While he wasn't against a good strafing run, it was often better to see your target then go for mass damage. He dropped low, skimming the trees as Shadow rose into the air to throw him off. Damn, he'd been made. Maybe he should have brought Sweeps with him.

Glimer grimaces in mid air as she tries to tuck her head back out of her opponent's reach. Nonetheless, she still ends up struck and stunned for the moment. She does however manage to hook one hand onto her opponents's arm kibble before she gets thrown too far back. Using the momentum of her previous moves, she swings back into Darkclaw's gut knees first hard. Maybe she has a chance this time after all...

Twisting around Shadow used her manoeuvrability to her advantage diving at scourge she pulled up at last minute aiming a raking strike with her claws at Scourge's own wings attempting to take the easiest weak spot out before snapping her wings open and climbing back into the sky. ------------- Darkclaw meanwhile lets out a small "oof" as she's kneed it her gut. Rolling with the strike she brings up her foot to kick Glimer in the face. "Not bad" she comments more to herself than anyone else; the strike had winded her a little but she wasn't about to give up just yet.

Glimmer manages to catch the blow with her hands, though the force coming at her ends up throwing her away from her opponent into a tree. Nonetheless, she manages to recover enough to kick off of it towards darkclaw again, both claws extended and facing forward. She's not about to give up that easily, especially to such a recently transformed individual. One way or another, one of them isn't going to leave with all of the gear, that's for sure.

Darkclaw growls right now wishing she still had her old form; one which she knew the ins and outs of to the point where she knew what damage she could take...right now she wasn't aware exactly what she could sacrifice in order to win. Since she wasn't sure she would have to try not to get hit too often. Optics narrowing she drops under Glimmer as the other tries to scratch her; intending to rake her own claws along the other's underside.
