Bio: Formerly the elderly godfather of Polyhex's mafia, Wingbrand was about to turn over control to the new godfather when Slingshot sent in his attack on the local mafia. Ironically, the planned 'new godfather' seemed to sense the attack coming upon the building and just managed to evacuate himself before it went into lockdown. Planning to have him hunted down, Wingbrand managed to make it downstairs just in time to be struck with enhancers from the bomb used on the facility. Even further irony struck as Wingbrand was struck with both form of enhancers released by the bomb... turning what was supposed to be a chibified gangster into a young, almost teenaged god'mother'.
As a result of these changes and Slingshot's own vow to hunt down the coward who abandoned the other gangsters, 'Brand has become a loyal member of his group. In fact she has been selected as the true commander of the gangster militia as a result of her help with controlling them and in attempts to locate other sects of the gangs. In addition, she gets an extra paycheck as Slingshot's current lawyer due to slingshot being impressed by her explanations to the other gangsters of both what little legal action they could take against slingshot without going to jail as well as explaining the benefits of their supposed punishments.
Wingbrand has also taken on many other jobs within Slingshot's organization, ranging from spokesperson to legal advisor for Deva Corp. All in all it seems to be a lot for one person to do, but Brando enjoys it merely for the fact she has something to do that was worthwhile again.

Abilities: Due to her formerly ancient nature, Wingbrand has a great deal of knowledge stored in her head, ranging from various forms of combat techniques to ancient obscure cybertronian law. As a result, she is a powerful warrior and lawyer to have at Slingshot's disposal. Due to her many connections to the former gangsters, she also has many contacts in the cybertronian criminal underworld.

Weakness: Despite her rejuvenation, Wingbrand is still used to the limits of her former elderly body and so does not use her abilities to their fullest extent. In addition she has a tendency to try to intimidate her opponents out of a fight first, before actualling engaging in combat. In addition, she has a tendency to focus on her former successor when brought up, wanting revenge on him.

Bio: Scarface is one of those who is probably destined to barely change from her former self in terms of self-control. A hard-drinking 'active' ex-gangster, Scarface has a tendency to drink, sleep around, and cause bar fights on a regular basis. It's lucky for many of the bar's occupants that Scarface visits that Slingshot only allows her non-lethal rounds when not on the field. Despite the attempts of many other ex-gangsters to try to teach Scarface some tact, Scarface remains much the same in personality...

Despite this, at least one facet of Scarface's personality has changed, as Scarface is now equally looking at both genders in which to sleep with. This has not changed her masculine tendencies however, leading to awkward situations when Scar starts to come onto her former gender, having a much more aggressive stance on it then most femmes. Despite this, Scar does show some signs of mental change when regressed temporarily... though these signs quickly fade if something sets off her violent personality. The majority of these signs seem to be a deep rooted desire to act like a child, almost as if there was something wrong with her original childhood.
Due to this, Wingbrand and Slingshot have theorized that Scarface's nature is due to deep emotional and psychological scars upon her mind going back as far as her childhood. Because of these musings, Slingshot has given her some leeway in her actions. He still attempts to help her in the meantime, having the patience not to give up on her like some of the others.

Abilities: As a result of the enhancers used upon her, Scarface has ironically gained enhanced strength in her new female form. In addition, her armor has been strengthened along the outer lines of her body, allowing her to use the sides of her limbs as shields. Her berserker rage often allows her to take more damage then a normal transformer while in combat, though she will often collapse after the battle as a result of her injuries.

Weakness: Scarface has a horrible temper which often gets her in trouble with the rest of the gangsters. In addition to this, her libido tends to be unstable and uncontrollable which causes further problems in combat if it flares. Due to this, Scarface's skills in specialized combat styles have suffered as a result of temporary regression punishments which have lessened the amount of time available for practice.

Name: Stingray

Primary Weapons: Spring loaded arm scythe, laser rifle, photon laser cannon, set of energon blades, custom built sharp shooter’s rifle and wing mounted missile launcher.

Bio: Stingray is the soul survivor of her home world of Triton. She barely escaped with her life after the Decepticons destroyed her home world. Stingray joined the Autobot in their quest to defeat the Decepticons.

Stingray has faithfully served with the Autobots and Maximal’s through out time. She is best of friends with Elita-1. Stingray has adapted fairly well to her surroundings there are times she wished she was back in the past, and with Ratchet her long time companion. When Stingray came to she had found out that Ratchet had moved on in life. At first Stingray was spark broken but she finally moved on in life.

Stingray is a seasoned harden veteran warrior, a fierce fighter who will not back down from a fight. She is very intelligent and pretty much can out whit most of her enemies. She iss also very agile, very fluent with her fighting skills, Stingray is a dead with her sharp shooter’s rifle and to this day she has for the most part has not missed a signal target, a damn good shot with her photon laser cannon, and a dead shot with her laser rifle, she is highly skilled in hand to hand combat and with her energon blades and energon scythe.

Abilities: In robot mode Stingray all of her weapons at her finger tips and uses them skillfully. Highly skilled in hand to hand combat, a fierce fighter who will not back down from a fight, she is very agile and fluent with her fighting skills. In her vehicle mode she also has a small array of little tricks up her metal sleeve, such as the spring loaded fender energon scythe, liquid Nitro and liquid Co2. In beast mode Stingray also has a wing mounted missile launcher, talons and beak to rip into the enemy. Stingray can fight on the ground and from the air there is no room in the air when she takes fight and fights like no other and takes the enemy down quickly.

Weakness: Stingray’s anger and hot temper can get the best of her at times in battle that can distract her in the heat of battle. After long use of her Photon laser cannon durning battle it can sometimes jam and over heat putting her danger of attack from the enemy.

Bio: Sneaks is the creation of Stingray, this little fella is very cunning, agile very curious most important this little guy is a thief. He likes to take things that are not his. This little fella prefers to stay on the ground he doesn’t like being airborne unless he has to.

Abilities: Sneaks has a small array of helpful little gadgets along with his primary weapon that is a retractable rocket launcher on his back, retractable rocket boosters to get him out of tight spots, retractable energon saw on his right front leg, retractable liquid Co2 gun on his left front leg that can freeze just about anything solid instantly, laser optics, cloaking device and inter-face comm. Link with Stingray.

Sneaks has the ability to hold as much data in his alternate mode as he does in his disk mode. He follows instructions to the very end without being distracted then he returns to Stingray with the information he has gotten. Sneaks has the ability to erase the information that he is carrying with him if the enemy catches him.

Sneaks has a small built in camera and also has audio data as well. Sneaks communicates with Stingray in a series of different tones of squeaks, squeals, chatters, hisses and jumps. Sneaks also has excellent hearing and sight he can hear a pin drop 3 miles away and he can see a pin drop a mile away. Sneaks is very loyal and protective of Stingray he will not hesitate to harm others that hurt Stingray.

Bio: Mainframe is cold and precise, very rarely exhibiting strong emotions. She serves only herself ultimately, but she is willing to lend her abilities to others for a suitable reward - which is restored life in Czar’s case. She is a bit of a workaholic; she doesn’t have any significant hobbies or interests besides those relating to her specialty, and she often works far overtime.
She was found and recovered at the same time as the other Horrorcons.

Abilities: She is highly intelligent, and proficient in computer use. She is capable of technopathy, allowing her to control computers and other machines with simple thoughts.

Weaknesses: She has severe trouble with socializing, although to her credit, she’s been making some attempts lately.

Bio: Type (#) 82 is a reploid created for unknown reasons. He was found in an underground lab, along with various weapons which were created for him. He later escaped with the weapons, and became a solo Maverick Hunter. He constantly searches for who he really is, and other information. Some speculate that he is over 100 years old, but no one knows this for sure. He usually works for hire, or just takes out Mavericks whenever they show up on the scene.

Abilities: His main weapon is the Maverick Killer. It’s said to be the most successful copy of the legendary weapon, the Vampire Killer. The MK is a green glowing whip fused with powerful energy from reploids. It can easily cut through most forms of metal, and he can also throw in physical attacks to the mix to perform combos while attacking. His sub-weapons are as follows: The Electric-Knife, small blades which don’t really do that much damage. The Cyber Axe, a slow but powerful weapon that flies through the air at it’s targets. The Flame Bomb, a weapon that when thrown at the ground will create a flame streak that travels along the ground at the opponent. The Razor Boomerang, a cross shaped weapon that returns to it’s user after being thrown. A Time Stopping Barrier, a powerful aura that is emitted from Type 82’s body. Anything engulfed in it will be frozen for 10 seconds. He can also go into his 100% Full Armor Mode, which basically forms a golden aura around him. In this mode, he doesn’t flinch from attacks, but his speed is lowered greatly. The aura can be destroyed however, but it does take a few hits.

Weakness: His weak point is in his head, and his back. Any direct attacks there will lower his abilities greatly, but even when hit in these locations, he still continues to fight.

Bio: The son of Slapper, Amphibitron has often found himself lacking when it came to knowledge of his heritage as a kid. This was helped slightly by his guardian Skybyte, as well as his 'siblings' under his care. Nonetheless, this led to Phibs studying the past of the predacons during his younger years moving onto his later years. This in turn led to his employment at Deva Corp as a security guard, due to Deva's interest in developing the business's security system with a Predacon tactic mindset intact. During this time, his 'brothers' Salsa and Wingnut quickly became his sisters due to enhancer changes.
In addition, Salsa started to repeatedly genderbend Phibby temporary from time to time due to her belief he was too uptight. As a result, people started to get suspicious that there was something off about Phibby as his personality changed when effected by those enhancers. These suspicions were later confirmed after some examination as the researchers at Deva Corp found a twin spark residing in Phib's spark chamber. Using a CR chamber and a modified Spark Extractor, Salsa and Prayer managed to remove the additional spark from Phibby and place it in it's own body... resulting int he creation of Phibby's twin sister Phibi.
Sometime later, Phibby finally came in contact with his biological father due to their recent release and reformatting into techno-organics. In addition, dealing with his father resulted in Phibby meeting his eventual love due to the Pred Trio's attempts to break into the Magmatron Estate. After finding out about their budding relationship, Magmatron set up a tournament for Amphibitron to prove his worth. Using unorthodox methods, including enhancering an opponent into a girl, Amphibitron managed to win Seasaurus's hand in marriage as well as prove his worth as a heir to the Magmatron Estate.
As a result of these accomplishments, Deva put Phibby in charge of the second Deva Corp facility as it's CEO President. In addition, his dreams of becoming a pilot came true as he was made the leader of the Aerialbots Transector combiner team. Phibby has proved his worth in both positions during the war against Unicron's recent rise, managing to knock back Abominus during the final battle on his own. As a result, Phibby has been loaned to the Neo-Autobots to help train their troops as well as lending his own power to the group.
Abilities: Phibby has enhanced agility while both in the water and on the land due to his frog alt-mode. Suction cups built into his feet allow him to climb walls, even completely smooth verticle walls, with ease. Due to his almost-jumping stride, Phibby tends to also be a bit of a speed-demon like Backlash. Due to his interest in the past, Amphibitron has also gained a great deal of knowledge in strategy and combat. He is also a skilled Transector pilot due his time spent as the leader of the Neo-Aerialbots. Phibby also has an intermediate understanding of Enhancer-Fu due to his 'sister' inventing the fighting style.
Weakness: Despite his combat skills, Amphibitron was not originally designed as a high-combatant model which forces him to use cunning and dirty tactics over outright force. Without his helmet, he has trouble filtering oxygen from the water around him which can leave him to some disadvantage. In addition, he tends to be a bit of a loner who ignores others unless they make a significant effort to talk to him. This is especially apparent when working on a project, as often Amphibtron tunes anyone else out through recordings of ancient songs he's managed to record over the years.

Bio: Phibi started out life as a truly bizarre form of Conjoined Twin... in that she was 'born' as a spark embedded partially in that of her brother. Due to this, she spent most of her 'life' unknown to others until her brother became employed by Deva Corp. As a result of their 'sibling' Salsa injecting Phibby with genderbending enhancers, Phibi started exhibiting control over the body and personality. Salsa and others noticed this phenomenon which led to investigations by the researchers at Deva Corp as well as Salsa herself. Ultimately this led to her removal from Phib's body and implantation into a body of her own.
Due to the unique technique, Phibi spent a small time as a child under her 'sister' Salsa's care though the age of her spark caused rapid ageing. For the most part, Phibi has been working as an Intern over at Deva Corp which has taught her a bit about the composition of enhancers and their overall effects. During this time, she also became friends and more with Silverfang... as she enjoyed his company due to his own naiveness. In addition, she enjoyed his honourable spirit and it's similarities to the autobot ways of old. She even found a 'dog' of sorts, having befriended one of Prydefire's biological monstrosities over time that resembled a xenomorph.
Despite all this, Phibi has ultimately left the company of her family to figure out her own personal identity. They get messages every so often, but for the most part Phibi has decided to try to figure out who she is before moving on with her life. As a result, her engagement to Silverfang has been put on hold... though she promised to return to him and he promised to watch over her brother in Phibi's absense.
Abilities: Phibi has enhanced agility while both in the water and on the land due to her frog alt-mode. Due to her almost-jumping stride, Phibi tends to also be a bit of a speed-demon like Backlash. Due to Salsa's influence on her, Phibi has experimented more with enhancers as well as the fighting style Enhancer-Fu. She is slightly more built muscle-wise then her brother, but lacks the endurance he built up dealing with his siblings before her creation. She is also a higher student in Ehancer-Fu then her brother.
Weakness: Despite Phibi's confidence, she has a number of personal identity issues which can be used against her. She can be quite naive about new people due a lack of a childhood and her general cheerful nature. In addition, her good nature tends to drop away from time to time... revealing a worry that she does not truly know who she is, only what others think of her. In addition, her brother's constant declaration that she was an infection or some kind of spark disorder inside of his body has managed to bring a riff between the two. Phibi also has a reluctance to ask others for help as she fears it will make her appear even more of a child.

Bio: One of the many victims of enhancer abuse healed by Czar, Keelhaul took well to her new form quite quickly compared to many of the horrorcons. Like some, there really is not much known about her past other then the fact that she has a great deal of knowledge concerning Cybertronian engineering and repair. She has especially taken to her ghost pirate horror influence as a result of it's
advantages, often surprising her crew mates by literally coming out of the inner workings of the ship. It is rumoured that she has her own secret compartments within the bowels of the ship's inner workings, though Keelhaul neither denies nor acknowledges this.
Since the Neo-Decepticons have left Cybertron, Keelhaul has gained a confident and assistant in the Horrorcon Gilmer. This was mostly due to Keelhaul being one of the few people who could work with her safely because of Gilmer's spiked nature. At first Keelhaul minded the new worker under her wing, but the two have managed to work out their difference since then. Nonetheless, Keelhaul takes her job quite seriously and has proven herself just as much a warrior in the eyes of Krueger. One noticable sign of this was during a training session where Keelhaul found herself unable to hurt Krueger's body... so she went after her opponent's pride by
stabbing her in the rear.
Abilities: Keelhaul is capable of turning herself invisible by altering her body's transparency. She often uses this ability to spook friends and enemies by leaving her basic skeleton structure solid, giving the appearance of a glowing skeleton.
She is also a skilled mechanic, being the chief engineer when it comes to the Neo-Decepticon ship and their transectors. For the most part she is generally immune to any lasting damage by attacks due to her unique goo nature. Most forms if solid weaponry just pass right through her or become stuck in her body. In addition, she can refract and reflect light attacks to some extent.
Weakness: To some extent due to her goo structure, Keelhaul's weaknesses mimic those of the Terran concept of Toon Physics. She can be splattered and crushed when hit with enough force, as well as being flattened by specific conditions like an increase of gravity or falling objects. Intense heat can also weaken her ability to remain 'solid', causing her to melt and take on a more 'slime'-like appearance. Changes in pressure both internally and externally can lessen her mobility by either stretching or compressing her body beyond her normal limits. In addition, she has a tendency to underestimate her opponent's ability to hurt her.

Strength: He is very experienced in ground combat and his weapons allow for an anti-air attack type battle system.

Bio: Grant is a 17 year old student constantly trying to perfect his way of fighting style. He grew up rather poor, but excelled when it came to machines and technology, although he still has much to learn. He also occasionally works with a good friend of his, a reploid called 'Type 82', who he encountered one day during a Maverick attack. The two fought off the Maverick together and became good friends. Grant usually tests his combat skills on Mavericks most of the time.
Abilities: With the Attachable-Tornado Buster, he can fire short bursts of wind blasts at his opponent, which can either push them back, or break off parts of armor if necessary. His main weapon however, is the Tornado Ring Generator. This flat device is placed on the bottom on one's foot. When the user kicks the air, it creats a Tornado Ring made of razor sharp wind (VERY similar to Krizalid's attack).
Weakness: Even though he has some powerful weapons, he is just a human after all. Plus, he isn't the fastest fighter in the world either. I think you know what I mean.

Name: Max (The Metool)

Function: Grant's assistant
Primary Weapon: Pickaxe, and a tripple energy shot.

Bio: Max is a Metool created by Grant to be his faithful assistant. He follows him around most of the time, and ironically, seems to be a bit more agile and, at times, even more intelligent than Grant himself. Still, even Max has much to learn in those fields of learning.
Abilities: He has a pickaxe weapon which he can generate at times, to create shockwaves that travel along the ground at his opponents. He can also fire three normal buster shots at his opponents. It doesn't do much damage, but it is a very hard attack to dodge. Other than that, he can duck under his helmet to avoid most damage at times.
Weakness: He's just a Metool, and everyone should know that Metool's are fairly weak, when it comes down to it. He only takes a few hits when not guarding, and then he's pretty much done for.
