More Owned NPC then anything else Name: Security drone 71773 (Garboil) Allegiance: Cybertronian Security (Asigned to assist Howlback) Function: Mass produced tripple changer Security drone used in fugitive persuit, survalance, and asist with paper work Primary Weapon: Sonic stun weapon in jet pack mode, claws and beak in beast, a pen in bot mode Alternate Modes: Basic TM style hawk, a jet pack that can interface with partner, Bot mode Strength: 3 Endurance: 4 Intelligence: 4 Courage: 4 Speed: 6 Firepower: 3 Skill: 4 Motto: Officer Howlback, you need to fill this form out in triplicate before I can apply for a warrent.... Bio: Ravage has a sick sence of humor some times. he showed it when he asigned this bird drone to assist Howlback once he had the planet wide security force on line. Abilities: servaliance package, knows the regs inside and out, ability to annoy the crap out of Howls by siteing the regs. Easy enough to repair Weakness: He's basicaly Waspy in a new form as Howls blows him up fairly regularly. Small as heck (Mini bot sized)

Name: Cassey (Cassette) Alias: "Nemesis Soundwave" Former name: Enemy Allegiance: Ravage Function: Spy, secretary, hitman Primary Weapon: sonic cannon Alternate Mode: mini cassette recorderStrength: 5 Endurance: 7 Intelligence: 6 Courage: 8 Speed: 4 Firepower: 9 Skill: 7 Motto: "I'm not a black repaint, I'm a red one." or "Slag it I'm not Rumble!" Bio: NS doesn't like Soundwave much. Or at least a Soundwave, as no one is really sure what dimension/reality this red bot came from. She bares a similar look with Soundwave's G1 form, with a dash of Rumble's G1 form as well. transforms into a red mini cassette recorder. She says, and as she has her old (male) body in storage to back it up, that during the Great War she was sacrificed and installed in a piece of communication equipment to fix it. She was then left there to rot. Holds Soundwave responsible for her abandonment, She was found during the Beast machine mess and rebuilt by Dragon Meg's as his 'Soundwave' and has kept her new body. Came into Ravage's service a few cycle's back, works as his secretary, gofer, and hit bot. Abilities: Sonic cannon, with varying settings Rocket launcher CPU was rebuilt to create a false mental layer as part of Ravage's experiments to counter Spark powers like telepathy. Weakness: She's small, standing about 4 feet tall in bot form. Really wants some tape drones of her own, but hasn't talked Ravage into letting her have any as the cat is worried she's not what/who she says she is. telepathic shield is untested, and honestly doesn't work the way it was supposed to. When activated NS just ends up getting a head ache. I suppose sorting through pain filled thoughts is an effective shield... Bit more insane then Ravage knows; true male personality is suppressed, and this is the personality that wants to do very nasty things to Soundwave. Cassy has all his memories, just none of his homicidal urges. Notes: Based on this Toy only character Enemy

Name: Tracer Allegiance: Deva Corp/Neo-Autobots Function: Investigation and Pursuit Primary Weapon: Silenced long ranged rifle Alternate Mode: Greyhound Strength: 5 Endurance: 7 Intelligence: 6 Courage: 7 Speed: 7 Firepower: 7 Skill: 8 Motto: "In warfare or police work there's no room for mistakes." Bio: Ever attempting to be the consumate professional, Tracer has always attempted to be the strong, silent member of Haretrigger's squad, to off set the boisterous personalities of the others. This intensity has always kept Tracer somewhat seperate from the rest of team, leaving the bot to mostly seek comfort from her secret addiction to the ancient Earth artform of manga. The transition from male to female has been of little visible concern to Tracer, who has attempted to take it all in stride. Though the transition has had no effect on her job, her private life is a different matter. Though she's completely unskilled at most feminine 'skills' her manga obsession on occasion leads her to ponder what life would be like as a more glamorous sort of femme, now that its what she's stuck as. Those thoughts are generally squelched, but does lead to distraction at times. Tracer feels closest to Turnspike out of all her teammates, both of them being Earthophiles, but most often ends up working with Dropsite, the team's other sharpshooter. She considers Dropsite a little annoying; the younger bots competitive nature and constant bet making being more of a hindrence to most missions. A small part of her also has to admit that she's a bit jealous of the more attractive, socially capable seeming transformer. Abilities: Though not possessing any particularly amazing attributes or powers, Tracer is an excellent police investigator and an even better marksman. Weakness: No one has detected any signiificant weakness in Tracer.

Name: Striker Allegiance: Maximal-era Wrecker Former Allegiance: Neutral, Autobot, Wrecker Function: Warrior Primary Weapon: Fists or L337 Model BFG Heavy Phase-plasma Rifle (really, it depends on his mood) Alternate Mode: Technorganic Triceratops
Strength: 10 Endurance: 7 Intelligence: 5 Courage: 7 Speed: 4 Firepower: 8 Skill: 7
Motto:
Bio: Striker was born about 500 years before the attack of Unicron on Cybertron. Those 500 years are rather boring and it wasn't until his third year at Iacon's Academy of Arts and Science that his life changed thanks to his best friend... who signed Striker up for the Autobot Forces by sneaking a sign-up form into the stack of class application data-pads that Striker was filling out, half-charged. When he found out what had been done, the young Neutral was not happy with his friend. Transfering from Cybertron to Autobot City, Earth was a change. He wanted to visit Earth, but on his own terms, still, he made the best of it. His making the best of it rewarded him the spot of Squad Leader of the group of new recruits he and his friend had found himself with. Things seemed to escalate from there, the squad had many adventures over the centuries and over time were recognized as not just competent, or good, but great. The entire squad of 7 was tapped to be Wreckers under Springer's command, Striker was still commanding them. As a Wrecker Squad they were good at what they did, bringing pain to 'cons and anyone who was a threat to the peace of Cybertron. Smart, efficiant and gaining a name for themselves under Striker's command. It was because of this that, when injured on a mission Striker was given not just an upgrade, but a promotion. He was now Strike Convoy. More centuries passed and his crew of Wreckers was sent to find a missing science ship that held a dangerous cargo. Stranded upon a pre-historic Earth he took a Beast Form and the name "Strike", prefering to keep his name and rank of Convoy a secret. After The Beast Wars, both on prehistoric Earth and the sparkless wasteland of Cybertron under the control of the name-taking Megatron peace was restored. Once again he disappeared with his crew. Striker is a fighter, not a diplomat or ruler.
Now, he finds himself called up by the Maximal Elders for a new mission, a stealth mission that requires him to go undercover.
Abilities: Strike is incredible strong. Most likely due to the fact that while he is indeed a technorganic his form has an "old school" feel to it, harkening back to the days of when those with animal alt-modes were "primitives". As such, he is not just stronger, but heavier... denser... than other technorganics his size.
Weakness: He's just a solider, not a leader. The most he's lead is a small squad of close friends, he feels he can't do anything bigger. Strike is also of average intellegence. While not normally a weakness, for a Leader it could be considered one. Strike also tends to be freer with his responses than most, as his emotional sub-routine always did clock a little fast. Another weakness would be his weapon, the L337. It's a phase-plasma rifle so while powerful, it uses up energy packs faster. Also, it's flipping Huge and if not careful, will knock Strike on his aftplate, even after centuries of use.

Ok I think these two can be looked over.
Name: Crasher Allegiance: Neo Autobots / Church of Primus Function: Transactor pilot Primary Weapon: concussion stomp, vibro blades, concussion rifle Alternate Mode: TO Big horn Sheep
Strength: 7 Endurance: 7 Intelligence: 8 Courage: 7 Speed: 5 Firepower: 6 Skill: 7 Motto: Charge in head first
Bio: Crasher is a rags to ... well rags story. He got into a bad scene while still young, got hooked on enhancers that left him form locked for a long while. Only a purging by Primus cleared his system and gave him a bit of a reformat. he hooked up with the Technobots and was partnered with Fracture.
Abilities: he can create seismic energy discharges with his hooves and feet. His horns house vibro blade scimitars. he has several other blades up his gauntlets, and a blaster.
Weakness: He is a wanted fugitive, has had enhancer issues in the past He looks rather femish when connected to Fracture.
~~
Name: Fracture Allegiance: Herself/ Neo autobots Function: Tans AI Primary Weapon: sonic stomps Alternate Mode: 4X4 vehicle
Replaces Crashers stats when better and they are connected; Strength: 7 Endurance: 8 Intelligence: 4 Courage: 9 Speed: 8 Firepower: 8 Skill: 3 Motto: These boots are made for stomping...
Bio: Fracture was Crasher long ago, and in a way a quantum duplicate of her partner who's path deviated significantly from his. Once she was just a stoner mech getting high on illegal energon. One day she took a hit that knocked her flat on her skid plate and she was picked up and rebuilt into a fem. Thrown into a forced detox she was recruited into a special unit, was trained, and sent into battle.
Abilities: She's still capable of creating seismic energy discharges, and she's packing several weapons in her chassis
Weakness: She is pretty well screwed; she is not a true bot any more and to shift out of her current form she had to attach to Crasher or some other bot fitted out with the proper systems.

Name: BB Allegiance: Brotherhood of Shadows Function: Bombardier Primary Weapon: BB Launcher Alternate Mode: Stealth bomber
Stats
Strength: 8 Endruance: 9 Intelligence: 4 Courage: 7 Speed: 6 Firepower: 9 Skill:7
Motto: "Roger!"
Bio: BB is Starscream's eternally loyal partner in air combat. He can only speak with a singal word, "Roger" and has little else to say. He follows every order he is given and rarely fails. BB is considered a rarity among the Decepticons soliders due to his absolute loyatly to their cause.
Abilities: When in vehicle mode BB becomes an enormous stelth bomber. In this mode he can preform the "Combination Starscream" with his partner Starscream and become an even more powerful air warrior. In robot mode he can fire screamwinder missiles from his shoulder mounted BB (Balistic Barrage) Launcher. BB also has a thrid tank mode used for ground combat when necessary.
Weakness: BB follow orders and has very little creative thought. Without the aid of his partner Starscream h would not be considered a compentent warrior.

Name: Starscream Allegiance: Brotherhood of Shadows Function: Air Commander Primary Weapon: Twin Missle Launchers Alternate Mode: Stealth fighter
Stats
Strength: 6 Endurance: 6 Intelligence: 9 Courage: 5 Speed: 10 Firepower: 6 Skill: 8
Motto: "Power leads to victory and power is what I shall obtain"
Bio: Like the Decepticon air commander who came before him, Starscream is both ambitious and deadly. He makes up for his lack of size with unmatched speed and manueuverability. Starscream desires power and lots of it. He hopes to one day dethrone Zarak as Empeor of Destruction and rule the universe himself. He also slightly effeminine, offen laughing and gesturing in a shaky way. Never the less he is not a warrior to be taken lightly. He often times psyches himself up for a battle listening to music from the earth compsoer Wagner. Along with his subordinate, BB he is a Neo Decepticon one should never underestimate.
Abilities: When transformed Starscream becomes a stealth fighter capable of soaring at speeds few can imagine. In fighter mode he can use the "Formation Scream" and combine with his parnter BB to become a powerful air fighter. In robot mode his attack of choice is "Screamwinder Missiles" which are strong enough to vaporize most oppeontes.
Weakness: Starscream is often a little too ambitious for his own good. His attempts to gain power are not always subtle and occasionally backfire.

Conversion in progress. I forgot about my Screamer.
Name: Night Viper Nicknames: Scream Queen, Vampirella Allegiance: Brotherhood (?) Function: Assassin Primary Weapon: Sonic scream cannon, cybervenom, dart launcher, daggers, short sword, shield Alternate Mode: Cobra/Vampire Bat fuzor Body Type: Techno Organic
Strength: 06 Intelligence: 08 Speed: 09 Endurance: 08 Courage: 08 Firepower: 07 Skill: 09
Motto: They only hear me when I want them to.
Bio: Cunning and cynical, Night Viper is an expert in assassination and execution who has acquired numerous killing techniques. Whether robot, beast or human, all beings considered by others as important become her prey. Using a stealth coat that turns her body nearly invisible, she silently approaches her targets and swiftly terminates them, but by nature she prefers to take the time to drain them dry.
Her fangs injects a deadly net poison that destroys her enemy's nervous system, and she is capable of emitting a sonic scream powerful enough to shake even a Transmetal. Can drain enemy's energy and power herself with it. Internal radar scramblers and low level stealth coating allows her to move virtually unseen in both robot and beast mode. Super-acute senses provide matchless reconnaissance abilities.
Viper is one of Ghost's play things, that the twisted mech has remade in an image suited to her wishes. Viper doesn't remember much of her past before waking up with Ghost hovering over her and the fragments and flashes she does get are confusing at best.
Oddly in robot mode, her wings become a second set of arms and hands.
Abilities: Skilled assassin, Flight capable,
Weakness: She is a Vampire and requires energon or blood to function. Light sensitive so she prefers to work at night. Wings are vulnerable to damage

Name: Shellbuster
Alias: 'Shelly', a lot of very unkind names from her past.
Allegiance: Strike, Strike's Wreckers, ISO:Poda
Function: Armoured Ordnance / Demolitions / Tinkerer
Primary Weapon: Bot Form: 'Mama Mattock' Modified Semi-auto Assault Gun. Turret Form: Railgun
Alternate Mode: Technorganic Pillbug
Triform Mode: Heavy Assault Turret
Strength: 6
Endurance: 9
Intelligence: 7
Courage: 7
Speed: 5
Firepower: 10
Skill: 6
Motto: "I've got your back, no matter what."
Bio: A Sparkling of the new generation, born into the galaxy following the paradigm shift of technorganic reformatting. From the frontier ISO colony 'Poda'; somewhat of a backwater, who's only remarkable features are the amount of raw mineral and fuel deposits, and the general homicidal intent of it's native fauna, some biomechanical themselves.
Shelly was always a tomboyish little tinkerer, had a knack for stripping down and rebuilding, modifying and building stuff since day one. She eventually found an aptitude for guns and explosives, a useful skill and trade to perfect on Isopoda, if only for the sake of general personal protection from wildlife.
Despite her aptitudes, she was made somewhat of an outsider in a community that valued athleticism and strength; there wasn't much use for a short, husky former who's alternate form was that of a pillbug. No doubt, when rolled inside her shell, she was more or less impervious... but one particularly cruel member of the security detail once told her something that left an indelible scar on her psyche: "A cowardly form for a cowardly former. The Allspark makes us a way for a reason, and that's what you are."
Her animal-granted abilities seemed to be limited to the gravitational clamps on her feet... which made the already unpopular former clumsy and gawky in the eyes of others, and the ability to chow down just about anything and convert it into energy. As the years went by, she kept more and more to herself, kept on tinkering, and got kind of obsessed with old holovids documenting the battles of the G1 Transformers, particularly Ironhide, and the enigmatic figure of Striker, both of whom she developed quite the crush on.
It was her nineteenth cycle when they hit: Pirates and raiders, horrifying aliens, that despite their organic bodies had been granted the ability to transform. The small colony was woefully unprepared: the security detail utterly abandoning those they were there to protect. The raiders hit hard, indiscriminately. Amidst the chaos, Shelly appeared; handing out the stockpile of out what she'd made, rallying the few friends she had; and let the invaders have it.
she was terrified, but never showed it, because she had something to prove: she wasn't a coward, and never was.
in the midst of the battle, she ended up down to one last thing: her baby, her pet project: railgun she'd been working on, perfecting, tweaking, repairing for almost a decade. She had always struggled with the power source, a steady, constant flow. Seeing no other option, she connected the weapon to herself, plunging the cables into her own body, into her spark. It became an extension of her, and in a moment of desperation, when all else seemed lost, she willed herself to keep going, wished she was a weapon... In that moment, she discovered her hidden, locked triformer nature; becoming what was needed: a damned. big. gun. Her stalwart defense managed to keep the worst of the attacking force at bay, until they arrived; Wreckers. Just as she remembered them from the holofiles; different formers, but the same spirit, the same bravery. as Shelly had been front and centre for the fighting, they ended up working together to drive the last of the raiders off. ISO:Poda was left battered, scarred. The attackers had taken much; prisoners, great reserves of fuel and minerals, but most of all the biomass of the planet: flora and fauna decimated. Shelly wanted revenge, something more than what she could offer by staying. She demanded, there and then, that Strike, the unit's commander, take her with them, and enlist her immediately. What the future holds for this idealistic young femme remains to be seen.
Physical Description: A rather short, curvy former; her form belying the stout toughness beneath. Her buglike armour plates are a deep metallic purple-blue, her technorganic skin various tints of steely grey. Her purple eyes are large and expressive in a rather rounded, boyish but cute face. She has a mouth suited to wide, honest grins, despite the hardships she has borne. She is noseless, the suggestion of a 'snouty' bump there, a set of mandibles to either side of her mouth.
Abilities:
Dyzon Clamps: atomic level gravitational cycling clamps located on but feet and hands (on the underside of her shell in pillbug form, and on each 'foot' of her turret form). These 'lock' her into position and make her all but impossible to move; most often used in her turret mode (indeed, firing her railgun without all four clamps active would most likely send her flying, as well as cause massive structural damage), and for stability in 'bot form. She has found a way of weaponising them as devastating knuckledusters in close combat.
Matter Conversion: Shelly has the ability to eat... just about anything and convert it into energy very quickly. This became more and more handy after she integrated with her Railgun.
Vibraic Duranium Layered Chitin: Shelly's carapace is laced with an incredibly durable lattice of compounds which makes it night unbreakable by anything but the heaviest firepower.
Weakness: Hotheaded in her eagerness to prove herself. Still a rookie, inexperienced, naive, idealistic and untested. The full horror of war has yet to sink in for her.
Suffers from claustrophobia.
Equipment:
> 'The Boiler Plate' trihelical weaved ballistic webbing with duranium cerami-steel plating (body armour, self made, similar in shape and bulk to contemporary bomb disposal flak armour)
> Omnidirectional luminary suppressive charges (flash grenades, no two ever look the same, and the resulting fuses and explosions are wildly different)
> Low-yield concussive charges (stun grenades, as above)
> Demolition Charge (Usually only carries one per mission. You guessed it: they never look the same, and they go off with a hell of a bang.)
> 'Mama Mattock' Semi-automatic heavy assault rifle. Drum fed. Compact high-yield flechette rounds, (Not unlike a futuristic, but rugged, 50-cal. Heavily self-modified) *
> Multi-Angle Coverage Rocket Ordnance System (concealed missile pods on each shoulder, unleash a hail of locked-on small payload missiles) *
> Heavy Railgun, self constructed, utilising her spark as it's powersource. Usually only deployable as the main weapon of her turret mode. Equipped with standard solid slug rounds, fragmentation anti-infantry round, a limited amount of 'bunker-buster' delayed fuse explosive rounds, and a single plasma round. (More could be fired, but the energy expended and overheating would begin to take a more and more dangerous toll. *
> A battered, ancient Boombox (Shelly's first successfully built piece of tech.) that only seems to be able to play at volume setting eleven. *
* Are integrated into her turret mode when transformed
Imagined Voice Actress: Ashleigh Ball as Applejack, with a little more rasp and roughness.
Inspiration: Sgt Hammer/Terran Siege Tanks- Heroes of the Storm/Starcraft 2, Ballistic- Metal Warriors
Further Notes: Before and during her first plotted outing, Shelly will carry her Railgun, as it has not yet been integrated with her, and is still carried as man-portable, with the standard ammunition (capable of one plasma round once integrated), her grenades and an early prototype of her Boiler Plate.

Name: Nightcloak
Aliases: Turncloak, Faceless, The Traitor, The Bastard
Allegiance: Himself. Currently Allied with Hellscream and the Space Pirates. (Has previously Allied with Decepticons, Autobots, The Void.)
Function: (Previously: Seeker, Double agent/assassin) Pirate, Terrorist
Primary Weapon: Null-blade Rapier
Alternate Mode: Technorganic Void Kraken (previously Northrop Grumman B2 Spirit Stealth Jet )
Strength: 6
Endurance: 5
Intelligence: 8
Courage: 4
Speed: 10
Firepower: 6
Skill: 10
Motto: "No law but my own."
Abilities:
Faceless- Nightcloak lost most of his face to a terrible injury whilst serving in his last mission as a Seeker. His previously handsome visage replaced with a blank, glassy black plane.
Omnispectral Cloaking/ VoidMantle - Invisible to all tracking aside from line of sight whilst in his Kraken form. When in his main form, the technorganic skin of the mantle becomes as though a cloak. Gazing upon the ragged cape is like looking into a black hole; Light sinks into it and is lost. Moving under cover of darkness, he appears as though a shadow.
Mendaxodermis Array- The surface of his metal skin may, for brief periods, allow him to mimic his surroundings, blending into them like a ghost. This can also be used to pulse flashes of alternating, vivid colours and patterns, useful for scrambling locked on threats such as missiles, and making it hard to train the eye on. With practise, he began to realise he could hold at a different colour, shift extraneous parts to reform his silhouette.... combined with his plethora of masks, he could, theoretically be anyone, and anywhere.
Ink Jet-Siphons- In either form, he may jettison a thick ink-like fog, acting like a smoke grenade or chaff, throwing off attackers.
Monstrous Tentacles- Festooned with grasping mag-suckers and rending hooks, these coiling limbs are more than capable of tearing a lesser being to shreds in thier embrace. Hidden amongst them are a pair of even deadlier limbs, able to propel at devilish speed and accuracy like a pair of tooth-barbed harpoons, fully capable of piercing the hides of many 'formers with a vital strike, even before they are reeled in for the kill. These two terrifying spears are also fully operational in his normal mode, usually hidden.
Weakness: Arrogant and amoral, utterly sociopathic. Suffers occasional hallucinations and flashes of memory of his time in the void.
Equipment:
Null Blade- A projected energy weapon; the dark blade razor thin and flexible. Modulators in the hilt can vary density, length and power of the blade.
'Nihilus Arc' Entropic Beam Projector- An unassuming looking device, appearing somewhere between an exotic pistol and a scanning device, it's appearance belies this barbarous instrument's power. It projects a shaft of entropic nothingness; tearing through the target, and rending the energy from it as it goes; capable of extinguishing the spark of a transformer. Metal will begin to corrode, flesh to wither, under this weapon's terrible touch, if it is not utterly obliterated.
Array of Masks- Sometime after the events which led to the loss of his face, Nightcloak developed a fixation upon masks; collecting them, stealing them, making them. The collection of digitally constructed copies he possesses now is testament to his obsession.
Vernier Thrusters- located to either side of his aft, his shoulder blades and ankles, these variable angle rockets allow for incredible agility during zero-g combat, and for improved manoeuvrability when on foot. Imagined Voice Actor: Michael Wincott
Inspiration: Saren Arterius- Mass Effect, Char Aznable- Gundam, Iron Mask- Gundam F-91, Loki- MCU, Folken- Escaflowne, Slade- Teen Titans,
